Clear Candy Bags for Valentines Day!

My project today is a Clear Bag filled with Jelly Beans for Valentines Day. You could fill it with any candy …. like M&M's or Skittles 🙂

I used the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set with Real Red card stock & ink. I cut the image out with the Oval Punch and then backed it with a Real Red oval made with the Scallop Oval Punch. I attached it to the bag using Mini Glue Dots.

Here's a smaller version I made by just folding the bag over & using M&M's.

For the smaller version I used the Ovall All stamp set with Pretty in Pink card stock & ink.

Greeting Card Kids Valentine Box

The Greeting Card Kids Valentine Box is what I made on UStream Saturday.

Do you remember the Fox & Friends Candy Box I made last year? Here’s a picture of it….. It’s the same box…..except I made it much larger. The Fox & Friends candy box measures 3-1/4 x 3 and the Greetings Card Kids box measures 4-1/4 x 4-1/4.

I used the Love Letter Designer Paper with Riding Hood Red and Early Espresso. The “Happy Valentine’s Day” greetings is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set.

I stamped the image on Watercolor paper and colored it using the Aqua Painter with a combo of Watercolor Crayons, Stampin Write Markers and ink pads.

The first card is one I copied from the Stampin Success magazine that we get each month as a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. I usually race to the mail box when it's near arrival time!!

Back to the card…..(that I made some time last month) I used the For Everything stamp set with Baja Breeze & Cherry Cobbler and I changed up the ribbon and used the Daffodil Delight 1/8 Taffeta Ribbon.

Usually when I copy a card or a project…about half way into it I think of ways to change it or make it my own. So, the next card is one I made for Valentines.

I used the Love you Much stamp set with Pink Pirouette and Baja Breeze. I used the Pinking Heart Border Punch with White Taffeta Ribbon.

Both cards measure 3 x 6 and fit inside the Small Open End envelope.

Here's my card for the day…..but ….I'm in Phoenix without my Stampin Up Catalog. I know I can't believe I did that!!

Moving on….what I do know is the stamp set is Valentine Defined out of the Occasions Mini Catalog. When I get home I'l update this post and include the supply list.

Greeting Card Kids Valentine Card

I can't take credit for this card….it was not one of my creations….but I LOVE it!!!

I love the Greeting Card kids stamp set and when I return from traveling I'm going to make a few cards using this set. I've been practicing my water coloring too :) (I also bought some watercolor paper to use instead of shimmery white.)

I'm not sure who made this card but Jill sent it to me (thank you Jill) ….see the list below for all the supplies. (I'm not totally sure what colors were used to color it but I'll take a guess.)

Hugs & Kisses Valentine Card

For all those ladies looking for a masculine card for Valentines Day …. I think this one will work 🙂

We used the Love Impressions Designer Paper with the XOXO stamp set. We used the Real Red marker with the Basic Gray marker. After you stamp the greeting, punch it out with the Curly Label punch.

Scallop Valentine Box

I made this cute little box using the Scallop Square Duo Die. It’s an item that has carried over from the Holiday Mini Catalog.

This box is so quick and easy to make that I got hooked on making them….make sure you tune in next week to see another version!!

I used the Fox & Friends stamp set with the Teeny Tiny Wishes. I stamped the owl with Basic Gray ink and punched it out with the 1-1/4 Circle Punch. Next I layered it onto a Real Red 1-3/8 Circle and added it to the 1-3/4 Basic Gray Scallop Circle.

Vintage Wallpaper Valentine Card

I made this Valentines card using the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder with the Be my Valentine stamp.

I took this picture a week or so ago….since then I added some Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint mixed with alcohol to it. It really makes it pop 🙂

I used Riding Hood Red ink with Very Vanilla & Early Espresso cardstock.

Valentine Candy Jar

I love little jars and I have a bunch of them in my craft room! I use them to organize Buttons & Brads …..and I fill them with candy and give as gifts.

I used the XOXO stamp set with the Love Impressions Designer Paper. I used retired ribbon……but we have several choices for you on page 191 of the Idea Book & Catalog.

For Valentines day you could fill the jar with Jelly Beans, Licorice, Red Hots, Hot Tamales…..or you could go in the pastel direction and use sweet tarts or sweet hearts.

XOXO Valentine Card

This Valentine card was made using the XOXO stamp set out of the Occasions Mini Catalog.

If you'd like to make this card here are the instructions:

Cut your Real Red card stock at 8-1/2 x 4-1/4 and score it at 4-1/4. Emboss the card with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder.

You stamp the main image with Real Red ink onto a piece of Whisper White card stock that measures 2-1/2 x 2-1/2. Wrap the Real Red 1/8 Taffeta Ribbon around it and attach to card using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Next you'll stamp the Hugs & Kisses onto a piece of white card stock that measures 1-7/16 x 1 and pop it up with Dimensionals as well. (You may need to stamp the greeting and then cut it down to 1-7/16 x 1….I found it easier to do it that way.)
