 Evergy will begin to turn off electricity to blocks of customers for approximately 30 – 60 minutes. Once the period has concluded, power will be restored to the impacted area. The emergency outages will then rotate to another portion of Evergy’s service area. Power will cycle off and on periodically until the reduction is no longer required by the SPP. With these extreme cold temperatures, equipment may not operate as intended. As a result, outages could last longer than 30 – 60 minutes.”

I’m sorry I worried some of you since I haven’t posted on my blog for a week!!  I’ve been with struggling with a major headache and it has knocked me for a loop. It comes and goes and in between I’ve had some stomach issues.  I was working on some things… like Adhesive Totes and our Bingo event.  But, I stayed away from the computer because it made my headache worse.   I’m sure this weather isn’t helping (our wind chill at lunch time was -24 🥶 brrrr).

I’m going to sign off now and go get our project ready for tonight.
