Thank you all for watching my videos and for participating!! I saw a lot of new names and that's very exciting! I have several contests coming up so make sure you check back often. I gave 48 hours to enter this one but in the future I will change it up.

I was ask yesterday if I ever switched the Post it Note Holder around and put the crimped edge at the top. The answer is yes & I looked for my sample…but I couldn't find it…….it may be in my old office :) My picture today is one that I made last year (re-made).

Another question was did I use a full pad of post it notes. The answer is no, if you buy a normal pad of post it notes, you will use a third of it. But, if you buy them from the Dollar Tree or Deals you can use 1/2 of the pad. I've also included a picture of that…but I usually have it a little thicker.

Me again…after spending two days dealing with yucky computer issues I need a pick me up …..so lets have some fun!

But before I go into the details…my Chic'n Scratch Shack is working again…or I should say the order processing is working again. It's been tested several times and I'm happy to report it's up & running!

Two new videos & a winner

Good evening!

Thanks for all the really nice comments you guys left me over the past two days! I really appreciate it and I have read every single one of them….that’s why I’m late posting the winner. Congrats to Nada!! You won 🙂 Please send me your address and I’ll get the goodies out to you asap.

Chic Stand Update….I figure I better post it on this blog too 🙂 they are on backorder….and ….they are being re-designed…New & Improved!! I expect my shipment late Feb or early March….I think it will be worth the wait and when they arrive you can expect a new video 🙂

Speaking of videos I’ve filmed two new ones….do you want to hear that it took me 12 takes to get them? I swear…the phone rang, the dogs barked, the kids shut a door, the phone rang, the dogs barked. I kid you not!! I made Chase and Brook come watch them so they could see why steam was coming out of my ears…just kidding…but seriously I was about to call it a day…maybe you’ll get a kick out of them knowing how much effort I put into it 🙂

The first video was on the Big Shot Texturz Plates. After showing you the Bag with Scallops the other day I had shared with some of you that a video was coming…..thanks for being patient with me! The 2nd video is the Bag w/Scallops…Click here to go watch that video. Remember when I told you I had made several of the Bag w/Scallops? Here’s a couple pictures of two more of them.

The first picture …..I used the Animal Crackers Stamp set with the So Saffron Striped Ribbon. I sponged So Saffron ink after I embossed it with the Backgrounds #1 Texturz Plate.

On the next picture I used the Good Morning Sunshine designer paper with the Cheep Talk stamp set. I still want to play around with it….I’m missing something 🙂

What's in the picture?

I'm super excited about the Under $10 page in the New Idea Book & Catalog and the Fun Flowers is just one of the items (page 208). Next is what I made for myself and I thought you might like it. It's a keyring with a sample of all the new Texture Plates. I found that is was easier to keep this on my desk so that I can match it when I'm stamping….good idea isn't it :) Also notice the three new Striped ribbon colors…I wish we had that style of Striped ribbon in all our colors!
