Hello paper crafters! I have a quick update to share with you today regarding shipping issues. While I’ve done my best to reach out via email, I know some of you may not have received my messages, so I wanted to share this here on my blog. Normally, I prefer to post fun and creative projects—but this is something we need to address.
First, let’s talk about lost packages and delays. If you’re waiting on a package and have a tracking number, you should start seeing updates this week. For those of you who emailed me and even repaid after refunds—thank you so much for your kindness and understanding. It truly means a lot to me!
Regarding the catalogs I mailed, please note they don’t have tracking numbers. However, I’ve heard from many of you that they’re starting to arrive. Thank you to everyone who reached out to let me know!
If you’re waiting on a package and haven’t received a tracking number, please let me know so I can double-check for you. Remember, catalogs don’t include tracking information, so those may still be on the way.
The good news is that things seem to be improving! That said, I’ll be shipping out more product shares and Card Club orders next week, and I’ll admit—I’m a little nervous. I kindly ask for your patience as we navigate these delays. Once the packages are with the post office, the timing is out of my control, but I’ll do everything I can to keep you updated.
