Paper and Ink Sketches #21

Paper and Ink Sketches 21 Featuring Carols of Christmas Stamp Set

PIS21b

My card for you today is Paper and Ink Sketches #21.

I used the Carols of Christmas Stamp Set with the Be Merry Designer Series Paper.

The colors are Cherry Cobbler and Early Espresso.

I used the Layering Circles Framelits for the circles and the Card Front Builder Thinllit Dies to cut out the little deer (I LOVE that little deer and will be using him a lot!!!).

Here’s the picture of Sketch 21

  2. Hi Angie,
YaY! Christmas. Love Paper Sketch #21. I jumped into Christmas Card mode on July 5th, and I’ve been planning away. Am so happy to see your video samples of same. Thanks for the tip about using the embossing folder FIRST. Had that happen and couldn’t figure out why.
Holding my breath for the new Holiday catalog!

    Thanks again,
    Elaine B

  9. I was pleased to see the unexpected Early Espresso holiday color. I’m always looking for non-traditional color combos. I’m trying to wait patiently for the stamp set. You picked a perfect sketch for mass production, which is always a plus when I have lots of cards to make. I’m not sure I’ve seen the EF “in action,” but it sure did lend a lot of dimension to the card. Looking forward to Facebook Friday, whether I’m able to watch it live or the video later.

  10. I always love your videos & today Elvis made it extra special. I don’t usually think of Early Espresso for Christmas, but I really like it with the Cherry Cobbler. I really like the card.
