Twist Turn Christmas Card

TwistTurnChristmasCardb

My project today is a Twist Turn Christmas Card and it was my Founders Circle Swap Card.

To make this card all you need is a piece of card stock that measures 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 …. that means you get two out of one sheet of Card Stock.   On the portrait side you score it at 2-3/4 and on the landscape side at 2-3/4 and 4-1/4.  Please watch the video for assembly … it seems a little complicated  … but it’s not once you see the steps.

I used the Merry Moments Designer Series Paper Stacks and those pieces measure 2-1/2 x 2-1/2 and 2-1/2 x 4-1/4.

I used four stamp sets and they were Lots of Joy (tree), White Christmas (greeting), Versatile Christmas (greeting on inside) and Festival of Trees (bird).

Here’s a video on how to make the Twist Turn Christmas Card ….. CLICK HERE to watch the video on my Chic n Scratch website.

Milestone Status

I’ve had a couple people ask if I’ve reached my goal or if I’m close ….. so I thought I should update you.   I’m about two thirds of the way there … close but not close enough that I’m confident I’m going to get there.   I promise I will announce it if or when I do!!  Tomorrow I’ll announce the date for my Online Workshop.

  1. Angie, loved your twist and turn card,. I’m going to try this, hope I can do it. Can you tell me what is the cover on your Table? I see a lot of crafters have the Sam cover. Thanks so much for sharing… Hilda

  2. I like how the card is made with nothing special – like no dies or anything so it’s very accessable but still a unique design.

  6. Love this card and I can just see you putting together 120 of these. They are so cute and lots of steps, but worth every one of them. Thanks for your inspiration.

  7. When you say you hear noises, I do not hear them. I am sure they sound much louder to you than they do us, so really, no worries. I really like this card, especially for something different and pretty simple to make. Thanks for sharing. Buffy

  8. Angie, I love the twist turn card. I am always looking for new card designs. I will have to make one. By the way, I didn’t hear any noise from the painters.

  14. Wow Angie…this is a great card and definitely a step up for Founder’s Circle. Pretty sure I have done this style before but it’s been a while so having that video sure did help! Thanks for sharing the video and your great card and I think you were the only one who could hear the painters banging ladders around outside!
