These are so awesome Angie! I didn’t know you could do it this way! I’ve always used Waxed Paper over the top of the tissue! Love the colour of candles you used for this!

hello i really like the candles and i think i can do that also but i want to know what you mean by tissue,is that normal tissue paper or something special ,i live in holland so maybe it means something else
