Batty for you Triangle Treat Holder

I love being able to make a bunch of items out of one sheet of card stock or designer paper!! This Triangle Box is easy & very affordable to make….I can whip out a ton of them in a hour!!

This size is made with a 3 x 6 sheet of Wicked Fun Specialty Paper … or …..you could make it larger with an 8 x 3 sheet. Click here to watch an earlier video tutorial I did on assembling a Triangle box.

I used the Batty for you stamp set with Rich Razzleberry ink. Here’s the layers: Dracula is the 1″ circle Punch, the words are 1-1/4 Circle Punch, Rich Razzleberry 1-3/8 Punch and the Pear Pizzazz is the 1-3/4 Scallop punch.

Over the years I’ve had many requests to make more items for boys/men. And, this Halloween season I’ve really put a lot of effort into listening to your requests. For me…I would have probably used the cute little spider or the bat but I try to listen to your requests. (sorry I added the lace trim…but you could leave that off if it bothers you).

Fangtastic Treat Bag

Have I shown this project? I looked as far back as I could and I don't see it on my blog. I think what happened is ….I showed it on UStream and then forgot to post it on my blog. I'm glad I caught it!! I love the Rich Razzleberry Taffeta with the Raven Lace Trim!!

It's the same bag as the Greeting Card Kids Bag….except I used the Rich Razzleberry Designer Paper with the Fangtastic stamp set instead of the Celery with the Greeting Card Kids stamp set. Click here if you'd like to see how to assemble this bag.

Spider Treat Holder

My project today holds a treat size bag of M&M's or Skittles…and it's one of my favorites because you get three of these out of one sheet of card stock!!

I used the Wicked Fun Speciality Paper ….. and since I didn't use this paper in my Halloween Class I have several sheets of it….so this is one of the treas that I'll be giving out this year!

The greeting is from the Grateful Greetings stamp set and the spiders are from the Dark & Dreary stamp set. The colors on this project are Cajun Craze and Black.

Trick or Treat Origami Box

Here's a picture of the inside ….it will hold three snack size candy bars or two Truffles.

I had two ladies send me instructions on how to make it a little different and I need to make a couple before I start filming. I've made the template but I need a little practice 🙂

On this box I used the Wicked Fun Specialty Paper with the Grateful Greeting stamp set. I colored the image with the Old Olive & Basic Black Markers.

Wicked Cool Card

I can't take credit for this cute card today……my downline Jennifer made it a few weeks back and when she brought it over to show me I had to snap a picture.

She used the Sanded Background on the Old Olive cardstock with Basic Black ink. She used the images froom the Wicked Cool stamp set in each of the blocks. She sponged the edges & added the Antique Brad.

I've been car shopping since Saturday and have spent very few hours in my office. I haven't stamped and I have a ton of emails….I will try really hard to get caught up in the next few days!!

Isn't this cute? I copied this idea right out of the Holiday MIni Catalog. I used the Spooky Things Decor Elements on page 8 and applied them to a picture frame that I bought at our local craft store. I believe it was only $3.50 (went on a day they were half off).

I attached the Happy Halloween to the glass and the spooky tree behind it is the Nite Owl Designer Paper. Next I trimmed the designer paper to fit the 8 1/2 x 11 frame and then I stamped some images from the Dark & Dreary stamp set and the Broque Motiffs stamp set right onto the designer paper….using Old Olive & Pumpkin Pie.

It was very easy to make!! Click on the picture to see a bigger image….the owl looks a little faded…but it isn't….the lights I use to take pictures was shining right on that spot.

Sorry I went missing yesterday!! I was in bed most of the day. I had not felt myself all week and it hit me like a ton of bricks. So, instead of fighting it I went to bed. I feel better but not completely. I think I'll work this morning and then take the rest of the day off.

Candy Bar Holder – XL Candy Bar Holder

My project today is a Hershey Candy Bar Holder. This idea has been around longer than I have. In fact when I showed it to one of my girlfriends last week she reminded me of the popcorn bag holder we made using the Halloween Hedgehogs ….around 6 years ago (I need to find that sample…I know I still have it).

To get the candy bar out all you do is lift the ribbon…..I’m working on a video & hopefully it will be ready this evening.

For this one I wanted it to be quick & easy….many of us are in a hurry and and when I looked at the Nite Owl Designer Paper I knew I could make some projects really fast! If you wanted to add some color you could use markers and color the image.

Mini Lunch Sack Treat Holder

Do you hate to throw things away? For example our buttons or brad containers? I am always stashing stuff like that away because I know I can find a use for it some day 🙂 Go with me here…I know some of you can relate!

So, long story short I made this little candy holder out of the leftover piece from the Mini Lunch Sack. I cut the lunch sack at 4-3/8 for the Treat Bag and the piece leftover is for this project. It holds a gift card perfectly and it will even hold a Ghirardelli chocolate or a Hershey/Kit Kat Bar.

I used Early Espresso card stock with Very Vanilla. I embossed it with the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder and sponged some Soft Suede over it (my replacement for close to cocoa or creamy caramel). Next I sponged some Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint over it.

The “Joy at Christmas” is from the Perfect Punches stamp set & I stamped it twice. I punched the center out with the 1-1/4 Circle Punch & added it with a Dimensional. Did you see the little pearl?
