Sunshine Garden Simply Scrappin

My project today is not complete…but I couldn't resist showing you.

I'm making an Accordion Album (aka scrapbook) with the rectangle coasters and the Sunshine Garden Simply Scrappin Kit.  I posted one several months ago…but never got around to making a tutorial.   I'm working on that this week.  (Michelle, you've been so patient with me…I'm half way to completion.)  Click here  if you'd like ot see the one I made before.

Have a great day….see ya tomorrow!

Don't forget…if you order online…make sure you select your free items 🙂

More Easter Baskets

Easter Boxes Good morning!!

Today's picture is of the boxes I made this weekend…(minus a few).  I used the Good Egg stamp set & A Flower for all Seasons (love that set too).  The designer paper is Delicate Dots & it's free during Sale-a-brationwhen you order $50 in Stampin' Up! product.  (If you place an order, don't forget to add your free selection.)  The Ribbon Bundle (also a Sale-a-bration item) has the Celery Poly Twill Ribbon, it's perfect for a handle…and you can tie a bow/knot with it 🙂

Extra info….When I've lost my mojo…I like to copy a project and then start tweaking it and that's exactly what I did Sunday.  I started out with the little 5 x 5 box…and it was so cute I decided to make it a tad larger…& then I liked it & wanted to make it larger also.  By the end of the day I had four boxes that looked the same…but yet different :)   I'm not sure how most people create…I discovered a long time ago I work differently.  (For example…I had a habit of eyeballing everything…and when it was time to recreate my projects the measurements were a mixture of 8ths & 16ths….I try to measure first now.)

Good Egg Basket

 Hi,

My project today is a box I created this weekend.  I needed an Easter box…but I didn’t want to use a box that I had already used in the past….so this is what I came up with.  I really like it…but it’s hard to photograph.

Here’s  a video on how to make the Good Egg Basket.

I used A Good Egg stamp set (thanks Gigi!!) with the Delicate Dots Designer Paper from the Sale-a-bration catalog. And..I used the Ribbon Bundle also from the Sale-a-bration Catalog.  The Celery ribbon is different from the ribbon we have in our Stampin’ Up! catalog…it’s a Poly Twill ribbon instead of Grosgrain.

Have a great day!!

p.s. If you’re a club member…this is one of the March projects.

Eastern Blooms Bookmark

Bloom Bookmark Good morning!

Today's project is a bookmark and it was one of the projects we made at our Stampin' Up! Convention last summer.  I knew when we made it that I would be saving it for one of my Spring projects.

The addition of the New Old Olive Striped Ribbon is just what I was needing to put my own twist on it. The flower is from the Eastern Blooms stamp set & I used the Old Olive Craft Ink to color the Essentials Chipboard.  I used the Filgree Brads in the center of the flower & on the end of the ribbon.

Stamp club members…. this is one of your February projects.  If you've joined my 3-D Kit Club…. this is one of your projects too :)  Today is the last day to sign up for the February projects. If you pay your shipping fee after today…your club projects will start in March.  Click here for more details on my 3-D Kit club.

If you'd like to watch the video on how to make this project…click here to head over to my Stampin' Academy.

Thanks for joining me….have a great day!!Bookmark

Happy Heart Day

Mouse gets the cheese Good morning!!

Isn't this project so cute?  It was one of the swaps I received at Leadership (swaps are one of the highlights of all Stampin' Up! events).

Although I made a box like this (years ago) I never would have thought to make it a block of cheese.

The Happy Heart Day Stamp set is where you can find the mouse (I like to call him Stuart Little) & the punches include 1/8", 1/4", 3/4" & I".

Have a great day!!

p.s. Just a reminder….If you order during Sale-a-bration, don't forget to add your free selections to your order.

p.s.s. If you'd like to become a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator,  the Starter Kit is on sale and you get an additional free stamp set….let me know if you need more info 🙂

Love you much Magnets

Swap from kelly Good morning!!

Today I'm sharing with you one of the 3-D swaps that I received at Leadership.

She used the Love you Much stamp set and the Candy Lane Designer Paper

This project has a lot of Stampin' Up! product.  She used a Circle & the Top Note die for the topper.  She stamped White Stazon on the medium cello bag.  The heart in the middle of the magnet is the Essentials Chipboard and it's covered with Chunky Sprinkles Glitter

The Love birds are super cute…she stamped them on the Candy Lane Designer Paper & cut them out….did I word that right?

Have a great day!

p.s. If you joined my 3-D Kit Club, click here to go to that website (you'll need the password I sent you yesterday). In the future, you can find the link on the right side bar.

p.s.s. The tiles can be found at Home Depot, they measure 1 7/8 x 1 7/8 and you add a magnet strip on the back 🙂
