Valentine Treat Box with Chic n Scratch, Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Angie Juda
My project for you today is a Valentine Treat Box and it will hold a variety of Valentine Candy. I show several examples in my You Tube video.
I used the Heartfelt Bundle that includes the Heartfelt Stamp Set and the Heart Punch Pack.
This box was made with Real Red Cardstock and the From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper. I used two of our Heart Doilies (Flirty Flamingo and Real Red) on the front of the box.
After I stamped the images with Real Red Ink I used both punches in the Heart Punch Pack. Don’t forget that if you order the Heartfelt Bundle it includes both punches and the stamp set and you can 10 percent.
I used the Detailed Trio Punch to round the corners of the box and the Designer Series Paper and I used the Layering Ovals Dies to cut the handle.
To jazz up the handle I used the Real Red Cotton Ribbon in the annual catalog and the From my Heart Faceted Gemsfrom the Mini Catalog.
Don’t forget that during Sale a Bration you get to choose one free item for every $50 you purchase and there’s no limits!!
Here’s the video tutorial …
This box was made with Box Template #24 – This has been corrected. I’m sorry for the mistake.

Love it. I’ll make this for my daughter’s friends. Thanks for sharing your projects.
Hi Angie,
Did you mean to say 7pm instead of 6pm in the area above that says click here now? Just verifying so no remarks to you tonight.
The box is cute.
oops … It’s at 7pm.
Another awesome project! Thank you for sharing Angie, Peggy
Angie is that template right? the shaded areas seem wrong.
Kathleen there was one small area that had a score line instead of a cut line and I fixed it. But the shaded area is right. Do you want me to text you a picture of my cardstock example?
Could you please?
I’m so sorry you are right! I just figured it out tonight. I’ve posted the wrong box template two days in a row. Please forgive me! I’ve updated my blog post with the correct template.
Quick, easy and just perfect for valentine classroom treats.
Cute box, need Valentines ideas!! Is there a reason why you didn’t attach DSP to CS & then cut oval ?? just curious!! seems like more work?
We’re not supposed to cut thru multiple layers with our dies. It can warp them. Our old dies would cut thru multiple layers but these thin ones are not built like those.
Really like those heart doilies . Can’t wait for mine to get here.
I like this cute treat box design and the layered hearts.
These are just adorable! I love Valentine’s Day!
Looks so cute. I will watch this later. Is there something wrong with me? I am still working on catching up on Christmas and New Years!
You’re not alone! I still have my snow villages stacked up in my dining room that needs to go in storage.
I love this box! The Valentine suites are always one I look forward to. I also wanted to thank you for the extra time you spent with us on Facebook live. It’s always fun to have a bit more time to chit chat, if you have the time. Thanks for thanking the time to answer questions regarding your paper folders, magnet sheets, stamp n storage…love learning new ideas!!! ❤️
