12 Weeks of Halloween 2014 Week 5

 12weeksofhalloween2014week5b

The Halloween Gift Bag is the 5th project for the 12 Weeks of Halloween.

I made this bag using the Petite Cafe Gift Bags found on page 6 of the Holiday Catalog and I cut the bag down to measure 4-1/2.

I used the Merry Everything Stamp Set with the Motley Monsters Designer Series Paper.

On the 2nd version I used the Mingle all the Way Stamp Set with the Freaky Friends Stamp Set and after I cut the image out with the 2-1/2 Circle Punch I added it to two pieces cut out with the Deco Label Framelits.

Here’s the video on how to make the 12 Weeks of Halloween Week 5:

  1. You could use the part of the bag that was thrown away and make a small bag since your good at making boxes and bags. That way you could make a fold down bag.

  4. Cute bag, would love to make some for the trick or treaters, however I live out in the middle of nowhere so not feasible. I wonder about the nursing homes in town though, hmmmm not sure if they are allowed candy though.

  6. Love the simplicity of this cute little bag so it is easy to make for all the little trick-or-treaters. Love your bloopers at the end. You are just like me and makes me laugh when I see someone who messes up just trying to say the simplest of things. Thanks for sharing.

  8. I like the tag you added this week. Drac looks spooky with those yellow eyes! I think the pumpkin pie and tangelo twist look fine together. Fun project. You could punch some tags out with the left over brown bag–just a thought. Thanks for sharing your project.

  12. Angie, those bloopers of yours are a stitch!! Funny girl! This is a cute little bag and that ribbon is a yummy color, isn’t it? Save that paper you cut off and stamp something on it as it looks fall-ish too.
