Sale a bration Class Bonus

My project today is a Bonus project for my Sale-a-bration Class

It’s a Origami Box and you make it with a 6 x 6 sheet of Designer Series Paper.

Once again …I used the Patterned Occasions stamp set .. what can I say .. I LOVE it!  Plus it’s only available until March 22nd.

Tune in tomorrow to see the Valentine Origami Box (using the Happy You Hostess Stamp Set).

When I was designing the projects for my online class .. I wanted to make sure I followed these guidelines …

  1. I only wanted to use Sale-a-bration stamps – did that!
  2. Each project had to start with a 6 x 6 sheet of Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper – did that!
  3. Use the Big Shot Die Cut Machine as little as possible so that everyone could make them – did that!  (Big Shot was used on two of the twelve projects.)

Here’s another version  (you know … I love Pool Party .. and it’s going to retire in May).

Here’s the video  …

Important  Note:

If you participated in the Sale-a-bration Class .. the PDF (supply sheet and instructions) will be posted on that site tomorrow at noon (central time). I will also have some Sale-a-bration Kits available.  These kits will be available while supplies last.

My  Paper  Pumpkin  Update:

If you joined My Paper Pumpkin or want to join .. Please click here to fill out some information.

Thanks for all the kind words about My Chic n Scratch News & Notes Newsletter! I’ve been meaning to give my newsletter a facelift since my website was redone ..but just didn’t have the time. I LOVE it!  Now that I’ve cleaned it up .. I will work on including a bonus project for you.  I received very positive feedback on the hidden page thing yesterday … so we’ll try that again!

Thanks & have a great day!

  1. I am not an orange fan, but this is darling! Pool Party is much more my personal favorite. Thank you for sharing this video!

  2. Angie-another great idea! Have lots of neices and nephews and I am always looking for containers for small objects for holidays and special occasions. You never fail to have something unique and fun. Hope you’re feeling better!

  3. I made one box following your tutorial, then laid it on my diagonal scoring board and scored the rest of the pieces for my other 12 boxes. I love these – thank you for another great tutorial!
