Oh, Hello Primrose Petals Card

My card today is another card that I considered using for my Stamp Kit of the Month for February.  If you’re a member and have not logged in lately .. click here to go there now.

I used the Primrose Petals Core’dinations card stock with the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder and sanded it with the Stampin’ Sanding System …. featured in the Spring Catalog.

I Love the Core’dinations card stock and I sure hope it’s going to be in the main catalog coming this summer!

I used the Oh, Hello Stamp set and I colored the image with Primrose Petal and Lucky Limeaid Markers …. and I cut the image out with the 2-1/2 Circle Punch.

Originally I had stamped the flower on a Paper Doilie .. but then I changed it to just a circle.

I embossed the Lucky Limeaid card stock with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder and then added the Lucky Limeaid Ruffled Ribbon.

Here’s the Stampin’ Up! Supply List:

  • Stamps: 130730 Wood – 130733 Clear – Oh Hello
  • Ink:  126984 Lucky Limeaid, 126856 Primrose Petals Marker (In-Color Collection 2012-2014), 123002 Lucky Limeaid Marker (In-Color Collection 2011-2013)

  2. What a beautiful card! I own the Big Shot and I am so glad that you post items that use it! You represent Stampin’ Up so well by showing us how to use the products that they sell through you! I need the Stampin’ sanding system! It gives the cards such a great look!

  3. I have the sanding system but don’t know how to use it. Do you sand the cardstock before you put it in the EF or after? I did it after and my background doesn’t look like yours. Help, please! Also, Lucky Limeade is ade, not aid. I can’t help correcting spelling errors, I’m a teacher!! I totally adore your work and blog!! Maybe we’ll meet someday!
