Safely in Orlando :)

Just a quick note…we made it safely to Orlando and attended our Shoe box Swap.  That was a lot of fun and I can't wait to show you the darling cards we made.  Doing organized swaps is a Good Thing ….you'll see why I'm saying that very soon 🙂

Post it swap

My project I'm posting is one of my swaps that I brought for a few friends.  It's the Bind it All post it Notes and I have a tutorial on my Stampin' Academy…..don't forget you can type what you're looking for in my Google Search box and it will take you right to it….even I use it 🙂

For my project I used the Candy Lane Designer Paper that also comes in the Love you much bundle…isn't it cute?

Gotta run…need sleep!!

Goodnight 🙂

Top Note Bag & Leadership bound :)

Xoxoxo bag Good morning!!

Today's project is a repeat of the Top Note bag I created back in November.

I used the Love you much stamp set with the Fundamental Phrases

Speaking of the one I made in November…..the Holiday Collection Kit (used on my original Top Note bag)…is available for a limited time for half price.  See Blow Out Special flier on my Stampin' Up! website (click on specials).  If you'd like to see the one I made with the Holiday Collection Kit, click here

The Retired Accessories List was posted yesterday ….as well as a Blow out Special.  Please visit my Stampin' Up! website to view them (you can click on the link right under my banner).

In just a few hours I board the plane for Orlando…I'm super excited….. but exhausted!!   I usually iron all my clothes and wrap them  in tissue paper (to keep the wrinkles out…and …it works) but not this time.  I'll be ironing my clothes and painting my nails when I get there.

Have a great day!!

Ghirardelli Chocolate Holder

Owl Ghirardelli Holder   Good morning!!

Today's project is a Ghirardelli Chocolate holder & I make it every year for Valentines. I'm not sure why I do that….I guess I'm a creature of habit 🙂 It would probably would make a darling Halloween Treat.

I used the Love Owl-ways stamp set from the Holiday Mini Catalog & I was kicking myself for using Pink Pirouette and Close to Cocoa again….but I swear I tried to use another color and I just couldn't do it.  So, as soon as Valentine Day passes…I'll stop using Pink & Cocoa :)))

If you'd like to see how to make a Ghirardelli Chocolate Holder click here to watch last years video.  Just promise me you won't laugh at how slow I was talking….those were the days when I filmed videos on my bathroom vanity.

Here's some exciting news….I have a Search box on my blog….if you go over to the left side and type in Ghirardelli Chocolate Holder…in the Google Search box, it will bring up all my links…then you just click on the one you want.  I can't tell you how many times someone has ask me where something is and I can't find it.  A customer suggested to me that I get a search box ….it took me a while but it was worth the wait…..&… it will search all three of my blogs.

One quick reminder…today is the last day to order the Holiday Collection Kit or the Holiday Collection stamp set.

Happy New Years Eve!!

Valentine Nerds 2009 version

 Love you much nerds Hi,

I couldn't resist making something today using the Love you Much stamp set.  This project is just like the Valentines Nerds I made last year. Click here  to view it…..but don't laugh, that was one of my earlier videos and I taught myself everything I know…. about making videos….a lot of trial and error I might add!

The measurements are the same…only difference is I turned it the other direction.  I wanted to use the actual Love you much stamp on my project and turned the other way was very tight so I switched it around.

I'm not sure if I'll get a chance to post tomorrow….although I'm done with Christmas shopping… and I made Gumbo most of the day today….we may spend the whole day doing family stuff (Brooke & I are voting going to the book store…if not we'll settle for the movies).

Have a Safe & Merry Christmas!!
