This week is all about Lemon Blueberry Sourdough Bread…YUM!!
- Flour Duster – I’ve been using this when making my sourdough discard crackers and Lemon Blueberry Sourdough Bread. It gives the perfect light dusting of flour.
- Zester – Lemon Zester, this one is so much easier to use than my old one!!
- Watkins Pure Lemon Extract – I used this in my Lemon Blueberry Sourdough Bread. The flavor is amazing!
- King Arthur Flour Parchment Paper – I place my bread dough on these sheets and place right in my dutch oven. I love that I don’t have to measure and cut!!
It was so good…but, I did burn the bottom so next time I’ll lower the temperature. I’ll also add more blueberries. When I was adding them it looked like it was too much, but I should have followed the recipe. I did make one other change, I added a teaspoon of the Watkins Pure Lemon Extract in addition to the lemon zest.

Here’s the recipe I followed, but next time I’m going to try another one. It took two days before I could bake it and I’m hoping I find one that moves a little faster.
Here’s the “before” picture of the Lemon Blueberry Sourdough Bread. Doesn’t it look beautiful?
