12 Weeks of Halloween 2018 Week 1

Week One of the 12 Weeks of Halloween 2018 by Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Angie Juda.

This Halloween Box made with the Stitched Seasons Framelits Dies is the 1st project for my 12 Weeks of Halloween 2018.

I took the largest die and cut two pieces, one with Gorgeous Grape card stock and the other with the Brights 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper (Gorgeous Grape).   I cut them in half using my Stampin’ Trimmer …then glued them together.  Next I created a box … and placed it in the middle.

Don’t forget the Stitched Seasons Framelits are available only until August 31st and you can purchase them alone or with the Blended Seasons Stamp Set (in the Color Your Season Bundle).  Click here for all the details.

Here’s a different angle of the Halloween Box…..

I decorated this box using the Trick or Tweet Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up! and I colored the cat with the Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blend Marker.  It was cut out with the 2″ Circle Punch and added to a Highland Heather Starburst.

The Trick or Tweet Stamp Set will be available when the Holiday Catalog goes live on Sept 5th.  In the meantime you could use Miss Bella from the Bella & Friends Stamp Set to make this box.

Here’s the Week 1 of the 12 Weeks of Halloween Video Tutorial… If you’re reading this in your email box, please click over to my website to watch the video.

Wedding  Update

We finalized the flowers for Chase and Jessica’s wedding yesterday (whew thank goodness!). Now I have one more biggie … I need a dress!   I’m not sure why I waited so late other than I was trying to lose more weight.  I’ll be shopping for it tomorrow … wish me luck as clothes shopping is at the top of my list of things I do NOT LIKE!  I know, not normal but I prefer shopping for house stuff, purses, fabric, paper crafting supplies, beauty products.  LOL

Thanks and have a great weekend!

  4. LOVE these colors. Great adorable box thanks Angie. Good luck on your shopping spree for your dress. I will say you will look beautiful even in a sack of potatoes. Not that you will be shopping for a sack just that I think you are such a beautiful young lady not just in the outside but you have a wonderful heart as well you are going to look amazing.

  9. What a cute box and the colors are great. I know how you feel about wedding dress
shopping. I didn’t want t look for a dress for my daughters wedding and put it off but
then had no choice and went and it was great I found 2 dresses one for the church
‘and one for the reception and I have to say they were both lovely and I felt
really good in them. I know you will find the perfect dress and look beautiful in it. and
have a really wonderful time. Sorry about rambling.
