12 Days of Christmas 2015 Day 1

 12daysofChristmas2015day1b

A Christmas Box is the 1st project for the 12 Days of Christmas.

I decided to go with non traditional colors for this project (color combo was inspired by a friend) …. but not to worry you’ll see Cherry Cobbler on Day 2’s project.

I used Crumb Cake card stock as the base of the box with Pink Pirouette DSP (found in the Subtles DSP Stack).   The little deer is from the Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper and I’m seriously considering using her for my Reindeer Food.

Happy Birthday Chase

Today is Chase’s golden birthday …..  he’s 23.  I could not be more proud of the man he has become.  He opens doors for ladies …. he says “yes please” and “no thank you” and he has a heart of gold!   I love you Chase …  Happy Birthday!!!

I’m sharing a couple pictures … one of him and Dave earlier this year (they went cat fishing and I just love the picture) and the other is of him and I at a Royals game.

  8. Cute box. Happy Birthday to Chase. Give yourself and your husband credit for raising a polite son. Parents play a big role in a child’s behavior.
