Christmas Wreath

 Christmaswreathb

My project today is a Christmas Wreath that I made using the All is Calm Designer Series Paper.

I used five patterns of the DSP and the strips measure 12 x 1-1/2  …. for a 10″ Wreath.  It’s made just like the Halloween Wreath.  Click here if you would like to see how to make it.

The word “Merry” was made with the Perfect Print Alphabet Bigz Die  …. that’s shown on page 232 of the Stampin’ Up! Catalog.  After I cut the letters out I attached them to a 2″ Circle with Liquid Glue.  Next I added the 2″ circles to a 2-3/8 Scallop Circle cut out of the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.  I added them to the Wreath with Stampin Dimensionals.

  1. Hi Angie,
Thanks for sharing your project. It is very pretty.
The dollar store has 9inch green foam wreaths if you are making a lot of wreaths and want to save some dollars.

  4. Angie, I love this style of wreath and the All is Calm DSP is my favorite from the Holiday catalog. This will definitely be a project the Sidekick and I CASE.

  5. Oh, how pretty–love it! Those colors are so pretty! I plan to make a wreath like yours with melon mambo & tempting turquoise colors for my daughter’s graduation party. I don’t have an adhesive gun like yours so not sure what to use for adhesive–any suggestions? I saw you mentioned hot glue but wondered if it would string too much & also get too hot trying to put it the ends together. What did you use for the craft paper one? Thanks for sharing! Andrea

  6. Loved this wreath during the Halloween season, which seemed like yesterday, the way time is running away from us. I love it even more, if not better in these colors! Actually I love it in about any color you fix it in! I am going to try it after Christmas, after everything seems dead & you don’t know how to decorate. Thanks for such great ideas!
