The Halloween Treat Bag is the 9th project for the 12 Weeks of Halloween.

I made these bags using the Back to Black Designer Series Paper and to make this bag you need a piece that measures 8-1/2 x 5-1/2.

I used the Freaky Friends Stamp Set along with the Ghoulish Greetings Stamp Set.
