12 Weeks of Halloween 2013 Week 3

12weeksofhalloween201303_a

The Monster Munchies Box is the 3rd project for my 12 Weeks of Halloween.

For this box we used another section of the left over Witches Brew Designer Series Paper

If you tuned in last week we used the first section for the Witches Candy Shoppe picture frame … like I said in the video …. I’m getting a lot of mileage out of one sheet of DSP!

Here’s another picture ….so you can see the side of the box.

After I assembled the Box I added some Halloween Candy to a 4 x 6 Cellophane Bag and one item I forgot to mention in my video is the Gray/Black Ribbon …. it’s from a kit we have available in the Holiday Catalog.  The Halloween Banner Simply Created Accessory Kit on page 31.

Here’s the video on how to make the 12 Weeks of Halloween 2013 Week 3.

If you’re viewing this in your email box …. the link to video has been removed (not by my choice).  Please visit my website to watch it.  (Your other option is subscribe to my blog using BlogLovin.)

p.s. thanks for all the well wishes yesterday …. unfortunately I still have the headache …. I’m pretty sure it’s a sinus thing!!

p.s.s. If you’re a fan of My Chic n Scratch Facebook page I shared a funny story with everyone last night and I’ll repeat it for all of you …but let me first say “I have a very hard time doing nothing!”.   When I take it easy …. I’m still doing something (reading, watching TV, ipad, computer….etc) …. so yesterday afternoon I to took to the bed .. with several of my apple devices and when Chase walked in I was surrounded by them …..and he said “just how many apple products do you have on the bed?” My response was … “I’m creating a website … check it out”…. he was more interested in actually counting my devices.

If you want to check out my progress … click here to go there now. It’s a website I’ve created for My Paper Pumpkin subscribers and I’m calling it My Pumpkin Club.

Since I’m all wordy .. I get that way when I don’t feel 100% .. the reason for all the devices is …

  1. Can’t go anywhere without my iPhone!
  2. Can’t go anywhere without my iPad!
  3. When I build websites I use two computers .. one to look at it each time I make a change .. and one to make the changes. Honestly I don’t know what I’m doing so it’s all by trial and error.  Hence the reason two devices works fantastic.

Hopefully I haven’t scared any of you off .. now that I’ve written all that I should just hit delete … and let my brain pretend I said it … but I won’t.  (My way of sharing the good with the bad .. or is it the bad with the good?)   See ya!

UPDATE – August 26th …

Congrats Sue!!  … your name was drawn to win the box.  We have several emails so I’m including a screen shot and Sue I’ve already emailed you (I don’t have your last name).

CongratsSue

  2. I have been looking for a box that is like an old cola 6 pack. I could glue two of theses back to back and would sort of work except no dividers. Thanks for sharing! Love all you’ve created so far from just one sheet of paper!
