My February thank you is a Happy Birthday card using MDS 2 (My Digital Studio). I know it seems a tad confusing .. I’m sending a Happy Birthday card ….. as a Thank You Card.
My purpose of sending these blank cards is so that you may re-use them. And by now you probably have a ton of Thank You cards!
So, in the future you can expect to receive Happy Birthday cards, Get Well Soon cards, Sympathy cards … etc.
If you’re new to the Digital Card Making World (as I am) .. you may not be familiar with the term Hybrid.
Let me explain….. I designed the card in MDS2 using the Lemonade Stand Digital Disc (not really it was a template.. I copied it). I placed my order …the cards came in .. I cut some Bakers Twine .. made a little bow and added it to the card using a Mini Glue Dot. Long story short .. you add some embellishments to a Digital Card .. it becomes a Hybrid project (can you tell I’m learning myself?)
Here’s the card minus the Pool Party Bakers Twine …(if I had a do over .. I’d add the Bakers Twine to the balloon on the left)
If you place an online order with me this month .. you’ll receive one of these cards .. minus the bow. My way of thinking is .. you could give this card to a guy or girl .. but add the bow .. maybe just a girl?
