My project today is a Valentine Treat Holder…… one that I make every year.
This time I used the Love Bandit stamp set and I made it in two colors trying to decide which I liked best.
You tell me which one do you think I liked best?
I made 40 of them for the Regional meeting on Saturday
(or I should say I'm in the process of making them).
I've filmed a video on how to make it with the Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folder.
Click here if you'd like to head over to my Chic n Scratch Live! website to watch the video.
Thanks for joining me!!
Angie, I like both of them, but I think the white one is more versatile. The khaki background looks more masculine. After looking at them again (or should I say I about four more times), I prefer the white background.
Pink and white for <3 Day!
Well!! They are both cute as the dickens….but I am thinking you like the white background best. I agree that the soft suede one looks a bit more masculine. Thanks for the video….even with basics I always learn something from them!
I have to vote for the white background too – I think I’m “chocolate chip”ed out right now – ready for pinks and pastels!
Both are cute though, and I need to play with my new Perfect Polka Dots folder too!
Both are super cute! I like the brown one for me, but for the kiddos at school, definitely the brighter version! I didn’t get this set b/c I have a hard time using smaller images, but these are adorable. I may have to get it. TFS!
White for me, but of course they are both wonderful!!!
I like both… but I like the brown one better! 🙂 I will have to CASE this idea from you! You have the greatest idea’s and the best tutorials to follow.
Pink and White!
🙂
Hmm, I haven’t been following your blog long enough to know what colors you love. But I personally love the craft paper card … i love craft, chocolate, and red together.
I like the brown one better, though both are super cute!
My FIRST impression was definitely the brown one, as it totally reminds me of you, and your style (I like that one best, too)!
I could also see you liking the white b/c it shows the new impressions folder, and the polka dot bg (on brown one) is now retired…so I’m a mixed bag, but I think ultimately you ended up choosing the white for the reasons I listed.
Love the white and pink!
Hi Angie, gotta go with the brown one for adults, and white one for the kiddo’s. The brown one is just so much more grown up. I love it, love them both, but would prefer you sent me the brown one, hint, hint. hee, hee. Have a wonderful day!

I have to go with the brown one. You seem to like using chocolate chip paper, inks, etc. They are both very cute. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, Angie–
Totally cute! Personally, I like the brown background better. The white background is cute, too but I just like the dark one. Have a great weekend!
Love the brown especially! I made 5 of these this morning, using Creamy Caramel and Pink. I love that color combo, too. SUPER CUTE and easy treat holder!!
I think I would like the pink with the brown background. The best of both worlds.
Brown for sure! Another adorable creation of yours for me to be green with envy of..
Brown/craft color
The darker one!!!! It so much more elegant looking to me!!!
@ first I thought the white one, but then u put out the 2nd one. I love that one. My daughter said it reminded her of chocolate.
the brown one 🙂
Hi Angie
I love the brown one as it looks like chocolate wrapped in a lovely red ribbon! Love your work! Cheers Jane
