This & That & Blog Candy

Good afternoon,

I woke up today without internet service :(    It's working now….but I have family plans the rest of the day.

I have a favor to ask…..if you have angie@chicstand.com as my email, please delete it.   The spam is horrible and the subjects are horrible as well!  Please use  Emailmychicnscratch
or you can use my new account I just created…whatever is the easiest for you.  The new one I created is   Emailangiestamps
  (created to replace the angie@chicstand.com).

It's been a while since I've offered blog candy so leave me a comment on this post and I'll draw a name Sunday evening.  What does the winner get?   Their choice of a retired stamp set. I have a ton of retired sets and I'm getting ready to part with them.  I'll email the winner a choice of 10 sets.

Have a great day!

p.s. I loaded my first Technical video yesterday on You Tube click here to go there.  I've had so many people ask me how I edit my photos for my cards so I decided to do a video.

Click here if you'd like to place a Stampin' Up! order.

  1. How sweet of you to offer blog candy. I am not one to normally leave comments, but I had to tell you that I love your Blog. I visit it probably 3-4 times a week and am always amazed at your lovely creations. Keep up the amazing work.

  2. Hi there Angie, Emma from England here! As you know I LOVE your site and I check it a couple of times a day just to see if I missed something. I have made a ton of your projects and the items on my most wanted list is now a bind it all and one of the label machines you use! My husband dreads the bill anytime he sees me eyeing up anything SU! I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my new Big Shot machine and can’t wait to get started with it.
    thanks for all your inspiration:O)

We just moved and called ahead so that the Internet would be up and running when we got here but something got messed up somehow and we ended up without anything for a week. It was so frustrating… so I can totally empathize. Fingers crossed for you!

  21. Sorry to hear about the spam. It’s absolutely horrid and so annoying!. I read an email the other day that said any of those ‘pass this on to 10 friends’ emails that you get nearly always carry an ‘Email Tracker Programme’ that tracks the cookies and emails of those folks you pass it on to. It seems to be a constant battle against spam or tele-sales phone calls! Anywhoooo, love your site. Really enjoy the video tutorials too!. Thanks for the giveaway :-).

  126. I appreciate your work! I have used the ghiradelli chocolate wrappers as a bridal favor – they were a huge hit. I am going to check out your latest at YouTube. Thanks for the inspiration, always!

  127. Isn’t it funny that technology (especially the computer) has made our lives so much closer and easier? That is, until you lose it, and then you have nothing!! I’ve been without internet service for a few days and feel like I’m out of touch, but I’ve been without all my files because my computer crashed, and all of a sudden, I don’t have anything because that’s all I relied on!!! Yikes! It’s too easy to get caught up and then realize it’s a big problem when it’s missing! TFS all your wonderful creations! Jeannie

  128. Isn’t the email spam awful. Geez, we get a ton of it to. Even with all the antivirus stuff and blocking.

You do such cute projects, thank you !
