Saturday Post

Quick card using two new stamp sets!  Ran over to Amy's house this evening and stamped a bunch of these cute images from the Year after Year stamp set.  I plan on making a whole set of these cards but it will take me a few days.  (Plus, I still haven't unpacked my suitcases.) And if I wait until Tuesday I can use some of my new designer paper!!

Today was a crazy busy day!!! I thought when I got home yesterday that I would stay in my pj's for half the day.  But, I took Brook to get highlights in her hair (1st time) then ran errands, took Chase & Brook to eat Mexican food, then we went and saw the movie Evan Almighty.  Loved it!! May go see it again and will for sure buy it the day it comes out.  If you saw it, don't you love what "God" (Morgan Freeman) said to the wife at the resturant?  Wish I could remember those exact words so I could share with Dave!!  It was something like if a person ask for courage, do you think I just give them courage or do you think I put them in a situation where they will have courage?  Help me someone, what was the wording?  This will drive me crazy! 

Speaking of that…..Dawn tagged me today and I'm supposed to list 7 things that she doesn't know about me?  I've never been tagged before and just wish someone would ask me some questions and I'll answer them….but anyway here ya go………

1.  Grew up on a 50 acre farm in Tennessee

2.  Scared of water….even though we have a lakehouse

3.  Romantic at heart……and fell in love with my husband at first sight (swear!!)

4.  Named Chase after a character in a Sandra Brown romance novel (Texas Chase)

5. Allergic to dairy!!

6. Love to laugh and love being around people that make me laugh!!!!!

7.  Last one…….I'm a scaredy cat…I have really bad hearing and my family (especially Dave) walks up behind me all the time and scares me.  I usually scream and then sometimes I make them scream. 

Hopefully I did this right…..if not, oh well, have a good laugh on me!!
