12 Weeks of Halloween – Week #1

The Scaredy Cat Treat Box is the first project for my 12 Weeks of Halloween.

I used the Scared Cat stamp set with the Frightful Sight Designer Paper.

The box was made with the Box #2 Die and I used Old Olive card stock to wrap around it.

Do you love making Halloween crafts?

Starting Wednesday August 10th….. I’ll be posting a 12 Weeks of Halloween project once a week for the next twelve weeks.

Each project will include the recipe and the instructions ….as well as a video tutorial.

For the past three years I’ve sent my 12 weeks of Halloween through my newsletter service, but with my surgery coming up I need to make things a little easier for myself. (Maybe next year I’ll go back to sending it through my newsletter service.)

Constant Contact problems

A quick note before I hit the bed…..I’ve sent Week 9 of the 12 weeks of Halloween and was working on Week one of my 12 Weeks of Christmas and the Constant Contact website is not working.
Could be me but I don’t think so…..if you’ve received week 9 of the 12 weeks of Halloween newsletter and the pictures are missing…don’t freak out just yet…I’m hoping it’s because their site is down and that’s the problem.

Tomorrow is a new day and I’m glad this one is almost over. On a much better note I did get a vehicle today and I’m super excited…now I get to play catch up from spending all those hours searching for the right vehicle. (I get very stressed when I get really behind on my emails!!)

12 weeks of Halloween launched

Hey there,

just a quick note….my 12 weeks of Halloween launched perfectly this morning. But I had intentions of posting on my blog too….but life happens. I woke up to no a/c and we live in Overland Park, Kansas….. heat index between 110/115 today :) I spent 90% of my day in the kitchen with my laptop between two huge fans. I’ve answered some emails, talked on the phone…. but that’s about all I got done.

Good news is the a/c is fixed…you don’t want to know the price and we should have a cooler house in 24 hours (although I’m not sure with the temps outside).

p.s. thanks for all the kind emails about my first 12 weeks of Halloween….I loved hearing from all of you and it put a smile on my face …..that was much needed!! xoxo
