Learn how to make an A2 Card Box with Chic n Scratch, Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Angie Juda
My project for you today is this A2 Card Box and and it will hold 3 or 4 Fun Fold Cards with Envelopes or 5 to 6 regular cards with envelopes. It really depends on how many layers and embellishments you have on your cards.
I used the Have a Hoot Bundle that includes the Have a Hoot Stamp Set and Peek a Hoot Dies.
I stamped the owl with Memento ink and colored it with Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers, Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Markers and Real Red Stampin’ Blends Markers.
I cut the owl and real red stitched circle with the Stitched Shapes Dies and the greeting was also cut out with the Stitched Shapes Dies.
It’s difficult to see in my picture but the Granny Apple Green layer was embossed with Wrapped in Texture Embossing Folder.

I honestly don’t know, if you will get this comment or not? If you do, Here’s what I want to know, I’m making Poinsettia Flower cards, these cards are also fun folds cards. I can’t seem to find a box pattern, anywhere, that I can use for these cards and envelopes. I making 4 fun folds and two regular cards, as a gift set. My problem is most of the boxes don’t fit. Do you think you could design me a box, that will hold all this and be made with 8 1/2″ X 11″ CS? I can buy 12″ X12″ if I need to. I hate to ask, but I know you make wonderful boxes. Thank you for reading this.
Hi Gloria, I have a box that will hold the cards you’ve described. But it does use 12″ x 12″ cardstock or cardboard. Watch this video and let me know if that doesn’t work for you.
