12 Days of Christmas 2019 Day 10 with Chic n Scratch, Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Angie Juda
Day 10 of the 12 Days of Christmas is this Frosted Frames Box and it measures 5-1/2″ x 3-3/4″ x 1-1/2″.
This box was made with Seaside Spray Cardstock and I used the Snow Front Stamp Set with the Rustic Retreat Stamp Set.
The beautiful focal point was made with the Frosted Frames Dies and the snow accents was made with the Snow Accents Puff Paint and the Ice Stampin’ Glitter.
Here’s the steps..
- Apply the Snow Accents Puff Paint
- Sprinkle on Ice Stampin’ Glitter
- Heat set it with the Heat Tool
Here’s the Real Red version made with Thick Whisper White Cardstock.

Wowzers, love these! Both are great. Sometime I will work on making these. I have had a plate full with my husband having surgery the day before Thanksgiving and then having complications. He is slated to come home tomorrow though. Meanwhile, I managed to tear my meniscus so walking is tricky until the doctor gets the report from my MRI I had today.

I LOVE boxes! These are no exception. I have a question about the Snowfall Accents Puff Paint. I was under the impression that when you heated this paint it would puff-up. When I used it, all my snow is heavy and hard. Does the glitter make any difference? I do need a video to show me how to use this product. You did great in this video, but, I need more details on how to use it! It just didn’t work well for me!
Hi Gloria, the Snowfall Puff Paint should puff up when you heat set it and it also hardens it so that it doesn’t rub off. Adding the glitter only makes it shiny. I’ll see if I can find one of my earlier videos where I used it.
