Meant to be Matchbook Treat Holder by Chic n Scratch, Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Angie Juda
I have a Valentines project for you today … it’s a Matchbook Treat Holder and it will hold any snack size bag of Valentine Candy.
This one holds a pack of Skittles but you could also use Sweet Tarts, regular M&M’s, etc!!
The greeting is from the Meant to Be Stamp Set and the beautiful heart is from the Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies (included in the Meant to Be Bundle).
I used the All my Love Designer Series Paper to decorate the treat holder and don’t you love the Heart Epoxy Droplet that I colored with the Dark Flirty Flamingo Stampin Blends Marker?
Here’s the video tutorial for the Meant to Be Matchbook Treat Holder. If you’re reading this in your email box please click over to my website.
In my video I tied the ribbon in a bow instead of wrapping it around… I’m sorry about that! I’m still not back to my normal self but getting better every day!!

Beautiful little treat holder.
Glad you are feeling better 🤗
No, I never saw the show or heard about it.
Must check it out !!
Thanks ANGIE, glad you are starting to feel better! Love your projects. I am definitely going to make these for my grand-daughters 1st grade class!
I love this project….simple, but adorable. The new papers and stamp sets are awesome! I haven’t watched Tidying Up on Netflix, but I did read the book last year. It’s very inspirational. Praying that you’re back to 100% soon!
Cute project😊. Thank you.
Love your tutorials. Thanks for sharing

Love the Matchbook treat holder.
Hi Angie,
Cute project. What color is your nail polish? I can’t tell if it’s black or the really dark cherry color. It’s very pretty what ever color it is.
Glad your feeling better.
Angie I love the entire suite of the products you used. My favorite in the whole catty! The treat keeper you made is adorable and I plan to make several for friends – thank you! As far as the Tidy Up series – EEEEKKKK! I’m totally hooked! My daughter called me this weekend and told me about the series and I’ve been watching everyday! I started in my craft room, as I have a corner that has been bugging me for months! This system is fantastic and has given me new reason for living! (A bit dramatic here but it’s all I’m thinking about these days) I go to bed each night thinking what I’ll tackle the next day. If you find a FB page – please let us all know what it is and I’ll do the same. I figure all this organizing will make more time and room for stamping/quilting … giggle, giggle snort!
Looks like it is going to be another weekend to get some crafting done. Need to make some Valentine projects and this is so cute!
I have not watched Tidying Up but it would be a worthwhile show to watch!
Hope each day finds you stronger. I have watched the show. I have almost 46 years of married life accumulated in our home. I figure when my time comes my son and daughter-in-law can have on heck of a garage sale.
Great project. Thanks
Hi Angie…hope u r feeling better…love todays project..very cute añd ez…take care..Loretta/Calif
Haven’t watched it but I am following the fly lady system which I love, decluttering in 15-1 hr day, feels so good.
Glad your felling better, don’t overdo though.
Loved the project.
I am following the fly lady system, feels good to declutter.
Love your project.
Take it easy, glad your feeling better.
Nicely done and thank you for the How to video!
Very cute, love both versions. Glad you are feeling better.
That show Tidying Up reminds me of the show Clean Sweep. I loved it so much. I watched it every week. They would empty out the house and have yard sales, donate stuff and only put back what they were allowed to put back. Peter Walsh, the host was fantastic.
I don’t understand the title, “Meant to be a matchbook” It is a matchbook lol. I don’t have any paid tv to include Netflix. The next time I go over to my daughter I’ll try to check it out.
This is such a cute little project. I have not watched the show that you were talking about but I think I really need to. My husband calls me a hoarder, but that is just because I have a lot of crafting supplies. So glad that you are feeling better, and I need to make these for my Dayschool kids. Thank you for posting this.
Cute little gift box. I couldn’t find the download sheet featuring the dies.
Cute treat holder! Love the paper and the pretty heart
This is adorable! Thanks for sharing! And thanks for letting us know about Tidying Up, I’m hooked now!

Great project! I read Marie Kondo’s book several years ago and it changed my life. I went from keeping everything to becoming a minimalist for the most part.
