Nothing Sweeter Valentine Card with Chic n Scratch, Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Angie Juda
My project for you today is a darling Valentine card make with the Nothing Sweeter Bundle.
Although we’re still in Christmas mode … Valentines is right around the corner and this Bundle is featured in the Holiday Catalog (not the Occasions).
Instead of filming videos this week I’ll be sharing tutorials the old fashion way.
Card Stock Measurements:
Crumb Cake: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, 5-1/4 x 4
Powder Pink: 3 x 3, 2 x 2
Whisper White: 2-3/4 x 2-3/4, 1-3/4 x 1
Wood Textures Designer Series Paper: 2 x 2
How to assemble card:
Score the Crumb Cake at 4-1/4 and fold to form the card.
Take the second piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock that is 5-1/4 x 4 inches and use the scallop stitched framelit from the Sweetly Stitched Framelits and run it through the Big Shot along the bottom. Repeat two more times slightly above the first. Then, layer to the card.
Take the Powder Pink Cardstock pieces and the first one that is 3 x 3 cut out a 2-1/2 inch Scallop Circle with the Layering Circles Framelits in the Big Shot. Use the 2 x 2 inch piece and cut out the heart and the stitching with the Sweetly Stiched Framelits.
Next, take the Woodgrain DSP and cut out just the outline heart with the Sweetly Stitched Framelits.
Take the 2-3/4 inch square of Whisper White Cardstock and cut out a 2-3/8 inch Stitched Shape Circle in the Big Shot.
Cut out a tag with the smallest piece of Whisper White Cardstock using the Christmas Tags Thinlits in the Big Shot. Stamp the sentiment in Powder Pink Ink.
Layer the Stitched Shape Circle to the Scallop Powder Pink Circle. Then, attach to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Layer the Wood Textures heart to the circle and then overlap the Powder Pink Circle.
Take the tag and attach it to the Powder Pink heart with a Mini Glue Dot. Add a True Gentlemen Button over the hole with a Mini Glue Dot. Lastly, make a bow with the Whisper White and Silver Bakers Twine and then attach to the center of the button with a Mini Glue Dot.

Thanks & have a great day!
p.s. My surgery went well yesterday (I think) and I’m home. I was doing fantastic until about 8pm last night and I’ve been in pain ever since. I just spoke to the hospital and they told me to increase my pain pills to two instead of one and take two Naproxen a day (I pray that helps)!
