I’m sharing my St Patrick’s Day Treat Bag with you today and this was a special request … I hope you all like it!
I used the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits to make the Treat Bag, with Lemon Lime Twist card stock.
After I assembled the bag, I embossed it with the Basket Weave Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder that’s included in the Blossoming Basket Bundle. It’s featured in our 2nd Sale a Bration Brochure.
I used the little heart from the Sweet & Sassy Framelits with the Tutti-Frutti Designer Series Paper. And to complete the shamrock, I used a Clear Faceted Gem.
I stamped the “Happy St Patrick’s Day” from the Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set … with Memento Ink.
Here’s the video tutorial …

Hi Angie! Got my coasters in the mail and anxious to make the project. The treat bag you made is adorable. Since you embossed through several layers, did the backside emboss as nicely as the front?
Thanks for responding!
Hey Linda,
Yes, that’s a great question! the back side is the debossed side and it looks good 🙂
Cute treat bag. Love the deep impression of the Basket Weave. Adds a special touch. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Angie….very cute St. Pattys bag!! Loved the video!!
Look forward to the next project…have a good day. Loretta
Very cute. I like how you made the shamrock and the embossing.
Cute treat bag. Like the gem stone.Have a nice evening.
It’s me Lucky Day!!!! Hehehe! So sweet! I would always sprinkle coins in places during the day, then right after I would tell my children I just saw the Leprechaun where I had sprinkled the coins. They would run to see him and find the coins! Silly me! We had fun- and they really thought he was real!!!
I wish I had an hour to make a bunch of these tonight. 🙁
Love the project
Very sweet bag.
Cute project, but…In NYC where I was born, no matter what your ethnic heritage is, you’re either Italian, Jewish or IRISH by osmosis. So I know that shamrocks have only three leaves.
I mentioned in my video that I know Shamrocks have three but I could not come up with a cute stem and was stuck with what to do. Oh well, lesson learned next year I’ll do better.
I really like your great bags and boxes, etc I also enjoy the cards you make. One question though… Why do you go so fast?
Very cute Angie. I love St. Patrick’s day. I had Bunco at my house on Tuesday and made little St. Patrick’s Day gifts for the ladies.
Cute project. Love the lemon-lime twist. TFS
Cute bag. Thank you for sharing.
Of course we like it! Very cute and easy to make! TFS!
Love the shamrock and the basket weave embossing folder! This is so cute!
I love that bag! The color, embossing, embellishments…so cute!
