The Lollypop Holder is the 8th project for the 12 Weeks of Halloween.
I used the Envelope Punch Board to make this project and it’s on SALE this week … with a pieces of Basic Black Card Stock that measures 5 x 5 (you can make two out of one sheet of card stock).
We used the Howl-o-Ween Treat Stamp Set with the Boo To You Framelits.
