And as promised … I’m sharing all the details with you.
I used Very Vanilla Card Stock and cut out a Tall Treat Bag. aka Plain Jane!
Added Witches Brew DSP to plain jane and it looks so much better! I’m on the right track.
I used retired DSP to cut out another Tall Treat Bag….it’s looking better!
I cut the Tall Treat Bag out of Witches Brew DSP … made the template smaller and that did the trick! The original template was on the very edge and it was cutting my mats…. by making it smaller it stopped that problem and turns out I like the bag better this size!
Here’s the Stampin’ Up! supplies for the Witches Brew Tall Treat Bag:
Stamps: Halloween Bash 130577 (W) 130580 (C)
Ink: 126945 Pumpkin Pie, 101406 Black Stazon
Card Stock: 132185 Witches Brew DSP (available Aug 1st), 101650 Very Vanilla, 105117 Pumpkin Pie
Accessories: 119253 Pumpkin Pie Taffeta Ribbon, 101610 Sponges, 104430 Stampin’ Dimensionals, 103683 Glue Dots, Bat Punch (Retired)
How to cut Stampin’ Up! Card Stock on the Silhouette Cameo:
I used the Textured Card Stock setting with my blade on 5.
How to cut Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper with the Silhouette Cameo:
I used the Patterned Paper setting with my blade on 3 and drop the speed to 4.
If the template goes to the edge of your card stock, shrink the template down so that you don’t cut your mat (you just drag the corner to shrink it).
the rest of the story …..
I’m sharing this information so that I don’t scare some of you away …it’s like two sides of a coin ….some are super excited I’m trying something new and some are afraid I’ll abandon what I typically share. That will not be the case … my 12 Weeks of Halloween starts in a few weeks and not far behind the 12 Weeks of Christmas. I’ll continue each week/month to post videos on Stamp Club Online and Stamp Kit of the Month.
You will see me use the Silhouette Cameo … I’m a gadget girl and I LOVE trying new things.
My plan is to continue doing what I’m doing …. I’m just adding a new feature. I bought the Cameo last fall to use it with MDS (My Digital Studio) .. but like many of you it has been on my desk untouched … until now!
Last week when we were at Convention an ecutter was mentioned …. (no names were said) and that reminded me that I invested in this tool and it’s just been collecting dust. So, I decided to jump in with two feet. My advice is don’t do what I did!! That was one expensive lesson! Four mats and two blades later …. I think I have it.
Many of you have ask me … . “will I teach you how to use the Cameo”? … I’m thinking … a project a week sounds good.
I will use Stampin’ Up! stamps, ink, paper and accessories … the only non Stampin’ Up! item will be the actual file that is purchased from Silhouette. If you don’t have an ecutter … you can always take the idea and use with any box or bag you currently have.
With all that being said … this is new and exciting .. but maybe after a few months I may change my mind .. we shall see!
I’m excited to say that I have the 2014 Calendar file ready … I’ll share the video after August 1st when the Holiday Catalog goes live.
I used the Season of Style Designer Series Paper from the Holiday Catalog…. along with the Cherry Cobbler 1″ Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon.
To hold the calendar pages together I used the Candy Dot Brad Bases and added the Cherry Cobbler Candy Dots from the Regals Collection.

Here’s a video on how to cut your calendar once you’ve downloaded the file. Speaking of the file …. SAVE it to your computer once you download it.
Please remember that when you purchase this document you may use it yourself as many times as you’d like and you’re welcome to use it for your Craft Fair items. But you may NOT share the calendar file or redistribute it (that also means you may not copy it pass it out to your friends).

I loaded almost 300 pictures from Convention this morning into my Convention Photo Gallery.Click here to check it out. My plan is to spend an hour each day loading them until I’m done. Also one important note …. the images in my Photo Gallery are larger (easier to see when you click on them).
Tuesdays are normally Digital Download Day .. but I’ll share them tomorrow … I just had to share a stamped project today!

I got home from our Stampin’ Up! Convention last night and today I’m struggling with what to share first.
Convention was AMAZING!! I say that every year because it is … but this year was one of my favorites because everyone was so positive and encouraging.
My downline girls were a blast to hang with ….. my demo friends were a hoot and the international demos were the icing on the cake. It was a pleasure to meet all of you and I can’t wait to spend time with you again! (I love to laugh and you certainly made me crack up several times .. I hope you understand that term … LOL.)
I usually post a quick note about Awards night (afterwards) … but this year it fell on a Friday so I waited until today to share (plus by the time I got to my room is was after 1am).
I earned the Founders Circle trip (top 100 demos) and I was #2 in Sales and #3 in Sr. Associate promotions. THANK YOU to all my dear customers and downline!! Without you I would not be where I’m at and I will never forget that!
There was a ton of information shared at Convention …and thousands of pictures (or maybe millions). But … some of the items shared are not supposed to be posted on blogs yet … so I’m going to go through my pictures and pull those that are not allowed and start posting them to my Convention 2013 Photo Gallery. I’ve already posted about 80 pictures but I realized some of them are upside down (I’ll fix it soon).
I’m going to share one picture with you today … the Envelope Punch Board … it’s not available yet and I can’t share the picture of the actual board ….hence the reason you see Miss Bella in the center.
Sarah .. one of my downline girls made this blanket for Miss Bella and gave it to me at Convention (Miss Bella loves it … Dave said this morning that she was sleeping on it and that I should take her picture .. I said “already did that”.)
If you tried to reach me last week … I’ll do my best to at least get caught up on email within the next two days (then I’ll unpack and start laundry).
