Engraved Greetings thank you

Chase's-thank-you-card This is what I worked on over the weekend ….. thank you cards for Chase's graduation gifts.

I used the Engraved Greetings stamp set and made a really simple card. I would have loved to spend more time on them but it was either simple or buy a box of cards from the store :O  (I almost bought some and at the last minute I just couldn't do it.)

I used Basic Black for the colors because his school colors were red and black and I had used red on his invites.

If you haven't noticed the Engraved Greetings stamp set on page 182 …go check it out …It's retiring in just three short days.

Have a great day!!

p.s. If you emailed me over the weekend …..I'll be back in my office later today (after my doctor appt).

Personal note:  Chase is doing good.  We took away the crutches over the weekend and bought him a cane (I call him Dr. House now).   He's struggling but hopefully this will do the trick!  Dave even bought him a sparkly girl cane …maybe that will motivate him to work harder on walking without assistance (he's complained about the color non stop).

  1. Ha Ha – that is funny that you almost bought cards! That reminds me of when I talked my BFF into starting to buy stamps because “we can make cheap cards, using our leftovers”. We figure that my cost per card is about $60.00 a card now! I can’t get myself to buy a card for ANYTHING now!!

Glad to hear Chase is doing better! Hopefully he can get rid of the cane soon 🙂 He has added reason to ditch it now!!
