Starting tomorrow the 2011 2012 Idea Book & Catalog will go live!! But please remember ….it goes live at Noon Mountain Time ….that's 1pm Chic n Scratch time (Central time).
As soon as I get back from my doctors appointment I'll add the links and buttons. And if all goes well I'll stream live on UStream late tomorrow afternoon. I'm sorry but I can't say 100% if I can do it…. I have a mass on my thyroid and I'm not sure what the doctors are going to do…if it's just a simple appointment ..meaning no needles or knifes I'll rush home and post the details of the live stream.
In the meantime please remember you have until 11:50pm to order the Retiring items.

Starting July 1st, 2011 …..anyone that places a Stampin' Up! order with me will be sent a link. At this link you'll have Early Access to a future project. This project will include a private video and the instructions in a pdf format.
All that I ask in return is that you do not share this link and that you not post a picture of my project online until after I've posted it on my main blog.
These projects are guaranteed to be exclusive for at least 30 days.
I hope you know how much I appreciate you choosing me to be your Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and thanks again for all your patience this year!!!
p.s. This program will replace the Free Card of the month program and we're going to see how it works for the next six months. Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have …or leave a comment on this post. My email is [email protected]

I'm working on something ……and ….I need a name. I thought some of you would enjoy offering a suggestion.
The name I need is ….. what to call you …..my customers/fans A couple names out there are My Stampin' Chics and Chicnscratchers …..but the scratchers thing makes me think of a dude :) I'd like something cute …but my brain is a little distracted and I can't think (more health stuff but we'll chat about it later).
I'll be back in a while with my regular post …feel free to leave a comment on this post or send me an email [email protected]

This is what I worked on over the weekend ….. thank you cards for Chase's graduation gifts.
I used the Engraved Greetings stamp set and made a really simple card. I would have loved to spend more time on them but it was either simple or buy a box of cards from the store :O (I almost bought some and at the last minute I just couldn't do it.)
I used Basic Black for the colors because his school colors were red and black and I had used red on his invites.
If you haven't noticed the Engraved Greetings stamp set on page 182 …go check it out …It's retiring in just three short days.
Click on the link below to check out the updated Retiring Accessories List.
p.s. If you emailed me over the weekend …..I'll be back in my office later today (after my doctor appt).
Personal note: Chase is doing good. We took away the crutches over the weekend and bought him a cane (I call him Dr. House now). He's struggling but hopefully this will do the trick! Dave even bought him a sparkly girl cane …maybe that will motivate him to work harder on walking without assistance (he's complained about the color non stop).
Some of the Accessories that are retiring are also being discounted. And some of the retiring accessories are already sold out …they're available only while supplies last.
Each day that I post …I'll be sure to also load the most current pdf that will show you what's already sold out….but just remember it can change at any moment. If there's an item you'd like to get before it retires …don't hesitate.

Today we're going to talk about the Clear Flower Die #114534 for the Big Shot Die Cut Machine. It's retiring on June 30th and it's currently marked down to $14.96 (original price was $19.95).
If you've followed my blog for a while …you've seen me use it on my Flower Quilts and even a purse.
So, my post today is a tribute to the Flower Die and a reminder that if you want to make the Flower Quilt …you will need this die.
Back in April …before everything fell apart …. I started the video on How to make the Flower Quilt ….and I have 90% of the video filmed. What I'll do is ……release that part this afternoon… part two will hopefully be finished very soon!!! (It's not hard it's just finding a couple hours to sew and film at the same time.)
Just a reminder …. the process for my Quilts are I make the Quilt Top and then take the quilt top, batting & backing fabric to a longarm quilter and let her finish it …she also does the Binding for me for a small fee. I like making the Quilt Tops … a lot ….they're fun to make!! But I prefer to leave the rest to the professionals. I tell everyone I'm the new generation Quilter :) Or you could call me a Lazy Quilter just like I'm a Lazy Stamper.
