I can’t access the pdf either and this is the first time I’ve had trouble with it.
I like the yellow treat box a lot! Bright and cheerful
I had no problems opening and saving the pdf….I use Firefox
Just right mouse click on the pdf link and then click on “save target as” and then save to your desktop. You will be able to open it from there (and you’ve saved a copy as well!). I have the same problem. I think it’s a IE8 issue or something. I don’t have this problem with Safari.
This was a great first-time usage for me of my Big Shot. I got it as a Christmas gift from my husband a year ago, but was sent on a year deployment and have not had the pleasure of using my machine until now. It just so happened that the petal cone was one of my first purchase of a die for the machine just over a week ago. I logged into your site and you had this super cute project with just that template I bought. I tried it the first day I brought the product home. Thank you for always making such cute, nice, useful and easy to make projects. I look forward to making even more projects you post and sharing them with friends and family.
