Crosses of Hope

Crosses of Hope card

Isn't this card just beautiful?   One of my downline girls (Jennifer) brought it over to show me …and I just had to copy it for my Stamp Club!! I knew all my girls would love making the card and they were able to use all sorts of fun stuff ….like Shimmer Paint, Pearl Jewels and the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing folder.

If you'd like to see how to make this card I have a video tutorial on my Chic n Scratch Live! website, click here to go there now.

If you live in the Overland Park, Kansas area & would like to check out Stamp Club please let me know.

p.s. today was Chase & Brooke's first day back at school.  I'm a little emotional ….it's Chase's senior year and this is the last first day of school. Here's a little picture of them this morning.

  1. First day already? My son doesn’t start until Sept 1. I’m sure he’ll enjoy his senior year…..and Brooke is probably counting down until her last year too!

    Love the beautiful card! TFS!

  2. Love this card Angie! But I have to say…how sad to think this is your baby’s last “first day” of school! My youngest is only 4, but I have taken pictures every year of my older girls on the first day…never thought about the last one! That would be a great scrapbooking page! Enjoy your day!

  3. Angie,
I enjoyed watching you on Ustream. I definately saw the flicker on the video when I watched it back but I didn’t notice it at all when it was live. I guess I was just enjoying the demo and conversation too much!

  4. Angie,
My nephew just graduated in June, and his parents (my brother & sister-in-law) took him to college this weekend … 12 hours away! I think his Mom cried every time she thought about taking him. They even stayed a day longer than they had planned because he was having a harder time than he thought he would seeing them drive away…so it comes back around! He will be home in a few weeks, but he realizes this is the start of a whole new life for him. ENJOY every moment of SENIOR year it will FLY BY!
