Doesn't this room make you wish it was yours? I haven't done a lot with the Decor Elements but I think after seeing all the cool things at Convention …. I'm ready to jump in with two feet!! I sure wish my mud room looked this nice 🙂
Here's a couple more pictures so you can get a better look.
Next week when our family has left I'll come back and update this post with all the names (right this minute I can't even find my catalog).
Have a great day!!
My pictures today are of some swaps that I was able to photograph. I was very lucky to have a few friends & downline girls let me take pictures of theirs!! I also owe a thanks to everyone that gave me a free card… Stampin' Up! Demonstrators are some of the kindest people you'll ever meet!!
I'm not sure how the flower was made…I think she punched several of the new Scallop Circle punch and then layered them… I'll try to figure it out real soon!
Both of these cards are super cute but …. I didn't personally swap with these ladies so I don't have the recipe. I'll try to look the info up when our family leaves and update this post with the details.
Thanks for stopping by!!
p.s. just a reminder….we have family in town for a visit…. I have access to my email but I'm out of office until Monday.
The Tag Alongs stamp set is this years Ronald McDonald House stamp set and you can find it inside the back cover of the Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog.
All of the projects shown today were pictures I took at Convention …aren't they darling?
Yesterday I said I would start loading Convention photos but when I was working on adding my watermark it came to me that some of the product can't be shown until August 1st. A bunch of my pictures are of the Holiday Mini and after August 1st I'll share them. I even won a new stamp set during Prize Patrol & I can't wait to show you!!!!
VIP NOTE: I have access to email & phone but I'm out of my office. We have family in for a visit and I can check email & answer the phone but I'm not in my office. Don't hesitate to call me if you need something or email me if you don't have my cell number (if you can't reach me at home).
Thanks for stopping by!!
Do you love making Halloween projects?
Starting Wednesday August 11th….. if you’re on my email mailing list you’ll receive a 12 Weeks of Halloween email once a week for the next twelve weeks.
Each newsletter will contain a project, the recipe and the instructions. These projects will not be shown on my blog. You may see similar projects …for example the candy box posted on August 9th. The box is the same …. the design will be different for future projects (that box is my intro).
To join my 12 weeks of Halloween campaign all you need to do is join my email newsletter list. Upper right corner of my blog under “join Angie’s email list”.
Here’s a copy of Week 1 – Download 12 Weeks of Halloween Week 1
One of the most amazing things we got to experience at the Stampin' Up! Convention was the Sweet Shoppe. It truly was an experience all by itself!!!
I've loaded 44 pictures of the Sweet Shoppe in my Convention 2010 photo album and I'm loading more as we speak (or I type). Click here to view my Stampin' Up! Convention Photo Album. I took close to a hundred pictures of just the Sweet Shoppe. Here's a few more.
Tomorrow I'll share another series of Convention photos …. make sure you click on each picture to view it larger.
Thanks for joining me!!
I love the Every Little Bit stamp set!! Everyone that knows me knows I love little images that will fit in a small circle…this stamp set is perfect for that!!
After I made this card I realized I should have stamped the dog again, cut him out and popped him up…but don't we always come up with a better idea after we make something?
I used A Word for You stamp set for the greeting and that's another stamp set that will be popular this year…the font is beautiful!!
When I'm creating…I'm always try another version…just to see if I can make it better…here's the pumped up version (although it's still very simple) using the Aviary stamp set.
I'm not sure why…but I love this card…so much so…I'm going to film a video. It may take several attempts ..my doggies are happy to see me and they've been barking all morning.

I got home last night from Convention and I'm exhausted but also extremely happy. This was the best Convention ever….but for different reasons than you think. I'll warn you when I get tired I get emotional and silly.
In October I'll celebrate 8 years as a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. Wow! And next month I'll celebrate 4 years as a blogger 🙂
I've been to 6 Conventions…..I think…. sorry it's really hard to keep track. This year I knew a ton of people…pretty much every where I went I knew someone. I love that! Okay….let me explain….I grew up in a pretty small town… where we knew everyone. I joke with my sister & tell her I can't go anywhere with her because everywhere she goes it takes her at least an hour (because she knows everyone and starts talking).
I had 11 of my team members go & counting myself there was 12 of us….. it was awesome! We had a blast! Because most of my team members are all over the US I had not met most of them. But, I think they'll agree with me, talking on the phone with each other…gives you clearer picture than you would think. Each of them were exactly as I expected and I love them!! You girls are the best and I can't wait until next year!!!
I'm going to spend the day catching up and then start showing you some awesome pictures from Convention. We have some family coming in town ….. so the next 7 days will be Convention pictures but I'll be checking my email and all that stuff.
Have a great day & thanks for stopping by!
p.s. If you were previously a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator
and want to rejoin, you have a few days left to re-join for $35. Contact me asap if you would like more info. Or click here

Last night I thanked all my customers for choosing me to be their Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator and tonight I want to thank everyone that has joined my Chic n Scratch Team!!
One of the awards was for Senior Associate promotions and that one was earned because of my team. I am very thankful and I hope that you all know how much I love you!!
Here’s a picture of the cute little notepads I made all the girls that attended Convention. (I made gifts because I love to give …..and because I appreciate their sacrifice to be here.)
In addition to the notepad, they each were given a gift certificate for free product & I made them a cute bag tag ….. but I can’t find the picture …so here’s a picture of it on my Convention bag (excuse the photo…it was taken with my cell phone….I’ll share the original picture …later….when I find it).
p.s. tomorrow is the last day of Convention 2010 …. it went by soooo fast 🙁
Tonight was the Stampin' Up! awards ceremony and before I hit the bed I wanted to say thank you to all my customers. I was #1 in Senior Associate Promotions, #2 in Sales & #7 Demo of the Year.
Without you …this would not be possible …..thank you!!!
Here's one quick photo with me & my beautiful roses.
Good night 🙂
