My card today was made by one of my Stampin' Up! friends. When I was at Leadership Barbara gave me this card and I absolutely love it!! Thanks Barbara 🙂
It's called a one layer card & she punched the bird out of a Window Sheet with the Two Step Bird Punch then used it as a template……. placed it over the card stock and used the sponge daubers to color it in. Just darling!!
Thanks for joining me!!

Love bird “things”…. this card is great. As are all your “chic ‘n scratch” birds. 🙂 Thanks for sharing how to make the card.

Wow, Angie…how exciting to open your blog today and see my bird card. I would just like to issue a word of warning…I must have used something heavier than a window sheet to punch out the bird. I tried it in a class and the punch jammed–window sheets are a little too flimsy I guess. I would definitely use something heavier just to be safe. Vellum cardstock would work too…at least you can see through it.
Thanks for the honor!
Love the idea using sponge daubers and template.. So much can be done with the Bird punch,… good investment.
So pretty just the way it is.
Thanks,
Marge
