When I saw the Just Jawing stamp set in the catalog I knew I was going to punch his eyes out :)))) isn’t that funny? Seriously though…he has hearts for his eyes and I wanted circles so I used the 3/4" Circle Punch and punched them out.
I stamped the image on the designer paper and cut it out to make the do rag. The Happy Halloween came from the Chills & Thrills Rub-ons & good news…from Nov. 10th thru Nov. 30th, these Rub-ons will be on sale for 20% off when you spend $20. (I’ll post the flier on my blog on Nov. 10th.) The Chills & Thrills Rub-ons are perfect for your Halloween scrapbook pages!!
Have a great day & Happy Halloween!!
p.s. Today is the last day to take advantage of the Birthday Celebration stamp sale. If you need more details, let me know or you can click on the flier on the left side bar of this blog.
Today’s card is one that I received from one of my uplines & opening it was like Christmas…it has a lot of layers. Isn’t it beautiful?
She used the Holiday Treasures Designer Paper with the Riding Hood Red Designer Series. The stamp set on the front is "Punches Three" (a level one hostess set) and the sentiment comes from "Christ is Born". The frame in the middle is from the On Board Chipboard Essentials or the On Board Something Special (both are found on pages 180 & 181).
Here’s a picture of the inside.
Many have ask ….how much my shelves from Ikea cost…they may look expensive but they’re not. That whole wall unit in my picture was $199. That’s an amazing price for a shelf that size….only catch is…you need to assemble it.
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!!!
p.s. You’ll be happy to know I’m working on some videos….and I think you’ll be pleased!
It’s taken me all day to get this photo!! We got home from Chicago last night and this is what we picked up at Ikea. (I could live in that store!)
I bought several items & they kept me from stamping all day. The next photo is the shelves loaded with all my stamps and a few other things. You’ll notice post it note labels on the shelves…once I decide if that’s where I’m keeping them…I’ll use my P-Touch to permanently label it. Another item I bought from Ikea was the magazine holders…..I love those!!! (click on the picture to view it larger.)
Here’s how I organize my stamps….I sort them just like the catalog. The categories include: Holidays, Occasions, Growing Up, All Natural, Alphabets, Backgrounds, Elements, Hostess & Mini Catalog & Greetings.
Tomorrow I’ll get back to posting projects and Wednesday I’ll start posting in the morning again.
Thanks for stopping by….see ya!
p.s. Make sure you tune in on Thursday of this week!!!
p.s.s. Quick reminder…the Birthday Celebration stamp sale ends in just a few days. If you need more info….send an email to [email protected].
Aren’t these ornaments cute? My friend Lise found these little ornaments and they work perfectly with our new Scallop Square Punch!!
She made the one on the left (you can see a better picture below) & I made the other two. Next week I’m going to play around with some different designer paper and images. I used the Kiwi Kiss & Riding Hood Red Designer Series Paper with our matching ribbon. The stamp sets used were Window Dressing, Deer Friends & Merry & Bright.
My 12 Weeks of Christmas will be a few days late….I’ll send it on Monday and my next post will also be on Monday.
Have a great weekend!!
p.s. If all goes well…. I’ll be at Ikea on Sunday getting my shelves for my stamp room 🙂
