In a hurry today…..my hubby came home a little early from his trip and we’re having a family day.
I made these card real quick yesterday. I committed to send some cards for the troops and the deadline is coming up real fast. I needed a cute, simple card that I could make several. (In the past I’ve converted old card fronts, this time I wanted to put my heart and soul into them and make them just for the troops.)
When I get more time, I’ll come back to this post and give you the SIP (do you know what SIP is? Stamps, Ink & Paper 🙂
See ya
p.s. Happy Mule Day ……to my family in Tennessee 🙂

I love simple cards, they are just so cute!! I don’t know why I have so much trouble making them. I will have to use your idea from these cards.
Hope you had a great family day!!
These are adorable, Angie! I can’t wait to see them in person. Hope your day was fantastic!
Can I get involved with the next batch of cards going to the troops? By the way, love your post and the demo videos!!!
Angie,
Living here in Germany I know how important sending cards out to the troop is but I’d like to put a little whisper in your ear and maybe your heart. We often think of the soilders down range out in the field but we forget about the injured ones who have fought the good fight. I live next to the only Army hospital who recieve soilders straight from the war zone who have been injured, they have no family and in most cases are very badly hurt. We have a group of women who make angel bags, these are bags of reminders that someone cares. They are not very big because we need so many. We give out over a hundred a week and making small cards with a warm wishes is never ending. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
These are so cute! I love your doodling around the window, and the adorable images!!
These are adorable! I love them! I lived in Tenn. for 9 years and have never heard of Mule Day. Did I miss something good? Have a great week!
