How do you like this clipboard? I just love making these and can you believe there’s no stamping at all? If you’re on the fence about buying some of the Stampin’ Up! designer paper, you need to order it, you never know what I might do with it next year, just kidding!!
Seriously, starting tomorrow, purchase three packs of designer paper and get one FREE! Call me (913-851-3336) or send me an email ([email protected]) if you’d like to place an order.
It feels kinda weird making Christmas items on Halloween…especially since it’s a beautiful sunny day here in Overland Park, Kansas. But, I have only two days left until my booth and I’ve got some more goodies to make and share with ya! Check back soon, you’ll have a chance to buy some of these goodies, after my craft fair.
Here’s one more little goodie for ya….some Reindeer Food.
Just a quick note..today was my 5th year anniversary as a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator. How cool is that? Teaching rubber stamping & scrapbooking for the past 11 years, in the Kansas City area (Overland Park & Olathe)!! Did you know I was a Creative Memories Demonstrator before Stampin’ Up? That’s an interesting story but let me just say, when eyelets came out, I had to have them in my scrapbooks! My Stampin’ Up! upline is a dear friend to me, but a hobbyist demonstrator, so I’m tooting my own horn, I know a bunch of you can relate. In honor of my anniversary, let me see some commnents, girlfriends!!!! Have a goodnight and Happy Stampin!!
Good morning Stampers!!
This cute little clipboard is another item I’m making for the booth. Isn’t it just darling?
I choose this really old picture of Chase and Brook because I had extras and it kinda matched the paper, cute huh?
(Sorry the picture isn’t the best, I changed my camera settings during the concert and now I don’t know how to change it back. I’ll add that to my to do list for next week.)
A big "Thanks" to Lise for coming over yesterday and helping me get my goodies ready, you were a huge help!!
If you’re local and want to attend the craft fair on Friday, send me an email and I’ll give you the addresss.
Here’s another picture to show you the clipboard without the photo.
Have a super day!!
Here’s another one of my booth items that I’ll be selling on Friday (booth is at East Antioch school, if you’re local, Shawnee Mission, Kansas). Isn’t it sooo cute?
This week, I’m going to be crazy busy stamping and getting ready for my booth, I’m a tad behind!!!
My sister left yesterday and we were all over town while she was here!!!! We went to the Haunted Houses (three out of four) in downtown Kansas City, The American Royal with the rodeo & the Gary Allan concert. Here’s a little picture, if you’re a Gary Allan fan (click on it and the image will be larger).
Thanks for stopping by!!

Me again, double post Tuesday!! I got a few cards lately and I just have to share them with you. Thanks girls, for all the goodies you sent…. I feel so blessed to be friends with all of you!
I wasn't sure how to post these so I posted them in order that I received them.
The first card is from Flossie and isn't it sooo cute? I love all the detail on this card!! She made a card with the cat and I told her how much I loved them & she sent me this card and some images to play with! Thank you sooo much!!
The next set of cards is from one of my club girls, who is super creative. She even brought a card for everyone at club night.
Thanks Diana and I'm so glad you're enjoying our club!
And last but certainly not least is my card from Rose Ann! I was not expecting a card from her since I just got two not that long ago. Rose Ann, thanks for putting up with me and answering all my silly questions!! I love love love this stamp and your card, thank you for sending me some extras so I can play with them!!
See ya soon!
For the next couple days I’m making goodies to sell at the Fall Festival on Friday, Nov. 2nd. If you’re on my mailing list you’ll get a reminder email and the location.
This is one of many different candy bars I’ll sell. I’m also offering to take orders, so I’ll have a basket of them and then a sign up sheet to order more! Great idea, isn’t it? The Merry & Bright Stamp set has been one of the best investments I’ve made this season, the snowman & reindeer is just the cutest and the price is fantastic ($14.95)!! Go check it out if you haven’t seen it, I’ve included a link above for you to click on.
See ya soon!!

Can’t you see your name on there?

Sorry I went missing for a couple days!!! I think I posted that I was headed to the CK Convention here in Kansas City and by the time I got home each night I was to tired to stamp. So, instead I made this really cute clipboard.
I have to share what brought this on…I go to non Stampin’ Up! events, see really cool ideas, then come home and use them with our paper and our product. I loved the little clipboard but wanted to see what a big one would look like…and here it is.
If you’re a regular on my blog, you’ve seen other clipboards that I’ve made, but this one is easier. I’ll share the details but not until after my Holiday Treats Class that’s right around the corner.
Now for the details…I’d like to say I put Old Olive ink all over it on purpose but I didn’t. I wasn’t paying attention and I dropped the ink pad and it landed right on my paper and then it hit me…it looked good…So I ran it over all the ribbon and paper and I like it! (When you come to my class, you don’t have to to distress it.) This is a perfect example of how you can fix anything when you mess up!!
All you need to make this Clipboard is some strips of Dashing Designer Paper, one solid sheet of cardstock, assortment of ribbon & Old Olive pigment ink to distress the edges of the clipboard.
Thanks for stopping by!!
Dishing the Dirt…..Who saw "Moonlight" last night? Wasn’t it the best ever? I cried, of course. Can’t wait to see next week!!!
