Card Box template

Just a quick note today….the box I made yesterday is the same box I made back in MAY for my good friends Connie and Dawn.  So, if you were of the ladies that asked me for the template, the box I posted yesterday is the same one from May.  There are some similiar boxes on SCS, but this box is not one of those.  You can click here to see the post in May.

See ya later!

Angie’s Gift Card Box

Gift_box_2  This is my new Christmas Card set that I'm making for the booth that's coming up.  Except one little change, I'll stamp the Peaceful Wishes right on the River Rock cardstock, instead of putting it on Vanilla. When I realized I needed to change that I coudn't because I used Sticky Strip.

Anyway, as I mentioned earlier, Jan and Dawn E. both volunteered to create the template for us.  Thanks a bunch girls!!  Here it is, Angie's Gift Card Box.  If you make one, let me know so I can check it out. I made a little change on this one, I created the belly band so you can slide it up and down to open or close the box. That was the one thing driving me crazy about this box was using adhesive and then ruining the box for future use.  (I attached the image with Dimensionals so the band could slide.)

So, what do you think of the photo????  So sweet isn't it??

Have a great day & Thanks for stopping by!!

More Stamp a Stack Sharing!!

Stamp_a_stack_3 My final creation for my Stamp a Stack!    We had a great time last night the ladies loved all the cards.  It took a little more than 2 hours for some but that’s still good considering they made 13 cards.

The next picture is of all four cards they made.  The red and green card is cased, but again I tweaked it a little.  Do you agree with me that someone casing you is a compliment? That has been a heated conversation on some websites…me personally, I think it’s a major compliment!! (especially if they mention my name…hee hee)

Sept_christmas_stack_3 Later I’m going to share with you a box I sent to Dawn and she had some friends create a template for us.  Super cool, I wish I knew how to do that. I know several of you ask how I made the box & all I could say was I traced it.  Now I have a template but I first need to figure out how to add it here.

Remember me telling you about the candy bar that Julie gave me?  Well,  here it is…..isn’t it the most awesome thing ever??  She is soooo creative & a sweetheart of a person!!  Thanks again Julie, I’ll keep him forever..hee heeMrfrankie_edited1_2

The next picture I’m sharing is 2 wonderful cards from Rose Ann, they are so cute and I was so thrilled when I opened the envelope!! I can’t wait to make one of them.  Thanks Rose Ann!!!

Christmas Stamp a Stack

Good Morning!!

I bet you’re all waiting to hear how I did on my yard sale, aren’t ya???  I sold exactly what I prayed for…isn’t that soooo amazing?  I’ve had that happen many times but it never ceases to amaze me when it does.  This year has been so expensive, seems like everything has needed fixing or replacing, including my body (hee hee)…fyi, lost 5.6 pounds when I weighed in at WW this week….yippie!!  Anyway so we had the yard sale to make some money to pay off my new computer, I sold the exact amount to the very dollar, do you have chill bumps too?  (I have to share, I did not pray for tax or the extra software I had to purchase, but hey I’m not complaining!!!)

I need to shout out a huge thank you to my wonderful customers and downline that came by and shopped!! And a super big thank you to Sandra for bringing me lunch and just being here to keep me company!! Thanks & I love you all!!!

Okay now that I’ve typed enough to cover the top of the page, I have to share the card I came up with last night for my Stamp a Stack on Tuesday.  RED FLAG….if you’re signed up for my class and want to be surprised…look no further!!!

Christmas_stack_1_3 I love love love simple & elegant cards!! What do you think?  It’s kinda hard to see the glitter but it’s there.

This week I’ll share with ya more of my yard sale goodies but I need to get thru my Christmas Stamp a Stack first.

List to do on my blog…share tutorial on candy bars…share the candy bar Julie gave me last week…share my RAKS and promote my Christmas Tin Class I’m having on National Card Making Day!!!

Have a great Sunday!!

Wednesday

Marias_gift_2 Good morning stampers!!

My club girls get a gift from me the night of their workshop and this pack of cards and jar of candy was for Maria.

I was totally surprised when she whipped out a gift for me!!Img_1725

Can  you tell what it is?  Isn’t it soooo cute!!!!!  This one is a pumpkin but can’t you see an apple out of this!  I’ve got to run out and get some red fabric!!! I can’t sew a lick so I gotta find someone to make a leaf!!!    Thanks again Maria!!!!

Img_1719 The last picture is a gift that I gave to all my club girls.  It’s a sample of all our cardstock, along with labels on the back.  I need to have one in my purse and one in my car!!!

Another crazy busy day….getting ready for my yard sale, took all my retired stamps to the garage last night, I’m also stamping some goodies to put out there. FYI, I decided last night I’m marking the sets down more. I had priced them at 30% off but I need to sell  them so I’m marking them down even more!!!!  I’m also selling all my retired designer paper for a quarter a sheet.  I have five years worth of retired paper!!!  If you came to my open house, just wanted you to know I’m slashing those prices with a red marker today!!!

Thanks for checking in, have a great day!!!
