Made this card yesterday for my Sister in law, won’t mention how late I am on the delivery 🙁 I was sooo excited to use my new set from "My Favorite Things". I stepped out of my box and used a couple colors I’ve never touched (those would be Blush Blossom and Cameo Coral). I know, what’s gotten into me? Well, I looked at my gallery on SCS and everything is Celery. I’m really trying to work on that. Sandra noticed that I used green galore and red last week and I never use those colors, unless it Christmas of course!
Card Details: Stamps: My Favorite Things (I ordered from eclecticpaperie.com) Ink: Black Stazon, Certainly Celery, Apricot Appeal & Cameo Coral Cardstock: Cameo Coral, Certainly Celery, Apricot & Whisper White (if I made this card again I would use Shimmery White, it would soften it a little) & Designer paper by "My minds eye" Tres Jolie Tools & Accessories: DD Glitter & Apricot Ribbon
This next picture is the candy bar that Chase gave all his teachers.
Had to throw in this next picture!!! Isn’t it soo funny? We were on the boat Monday when a storm came up real fast, we got the boat loaded about the time the rain started but we still had to drive to the house (not to worry the lakehouse is a few blocks from the boat ramp). Dave ask "should we stop and let the kids in the truck" but I said "heck no", if they wanted us to stop Brook would have yelled real hard. Brook is on the left with her blue vest & Chase is on the right. I can’t wait to make a scrapbook page of all the pictures I took of them (both in the water and on the boat)!
Thanks for looking!!
Warm up card for today.
Gotta run 🙂
Card details: Stamps: Green Thumb by Papertreyink Ink: Real Red, Basic Black and Green Galore Cardstock: Green Galore, Real Red and Whisper White
Have a great Thursday!! (anyone watching the Pirate show tonight on CBS?) P.s. remember last week when I had to buy a washing machine and dishwasher? I'm finally getting my dishwasher today…I'm soooo doing the happy dance!!! I'll post a pic tomorrow.
Made these last night for all of Brooks teachers. I wanted to use a different bird but she said she liked this one best! All of her teachers got this candy bar and some of the others got the candy bar with some cards in a cello bag and a thank you card, should have took a picture of the goody bag, but my brain kinda stops working after midnight!
I’ll upload Chase’s in a little while, it’s almost the same but has a different image.
Oops, almost forgot, it’s a kit kat bar wrapped in a piece of 6 x 6 designer paper. So easy to make, perfect when you’re making 30 of them!
Last minute Angie stayed up late to make these for all the teachers & staff members. Can anyone explain why people like myself always wait until the very last minute to do something? The more frantic I get the more creative I get, or so I think….wink wink…I’ll show you the rest of the goodies over the next couple days.
Card details: Stamps: Natural Beauty (Stampin’ Up!) sentiment by A Muse Ink: TimberBrown Stazon, Old Olive & Close to Cocoa Cardstock: Chocolate Chip, Confetti White, Designer paper is Bohemia. Tools & Accessories: Aquapainter, Scallop oval punches, sponges and ribbon was a gift from Sandra. (Thanks for the ribbon girl!!! Can you believe I was able to get all my cards done with both rolls?)
Have a great hump day!!
Isn’t this soooo cute? I needed a thank you today and this is what I came up with. My husband works for an animal health company and they sent me flowers after my surgery, this is my "thank you". Since David is the guy for cattle products, I thought this would be appropriate.
Stamps: A Muse (cow) Papertreyink (sentiment) Ink: Black Stazon Cardstock: Basic Black, Real Red & Whisper White

I started out making my morning card and then I got carried away and made a few more.
Now I just gotta figure out how I’m going to package these for a gift!
